Excellent place to gather family for a relaxing weekend. Plenty of space for everyone with a well-equipped kitchen for feeding them all and a giant table for game nights.

Perfect Beach Vacation

First time in Indian Rocks Beach. This house was absolutely perfect for our family, everything was brand new, super clean, and could not have been more convenient. Thoughtful touches everywhere, especially the beach cart and chairs. Our family would return to this spot in a heartbeat!

It was an amazing stay, a very convenient house. The stay was right on the beach. We were able to spend the day at the beach with the family and go out for dinner at night. Beautiful property! Pictures do not give it justice!

Relaxed family fun

Celebrated wife’s - 60th birthday. Kids, grandkids spouses all had fun. Walk to the beach, enjoy the water waves and sand and relax in the evening in plenty of room.

Great Property with a Great Location

This is a very modern property that is in great shape and in a great location. It had everything you need for a great beach vacation. Our family rented three of the units and everyone had a very positive experience. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access, all of the beach supplies, the private garage, and plenty of space for the family to gather. The unit is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and parks in addition to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic!

The house was absolutely perfect. We walked to restaurants in town and drove to Clearwater for additional dining and entertainment. The house is steps away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house had everything we needed and the host was great. Check in and check out were a breaze.

Beach was being repaired following storms so access was a few blocks away which wasn’t ideal but otherwise place very clean, new and comfortable, walking distant to restaurants, bars and beach! Sunsets were spectacular, beach is wonderful, clearest water and white sand👍😎

Beach getaway

This beautiful, three-floor townhouse had everything we needed for a perfect beach retreat. It’s a close to stroll to the beach and provides a beach wagon with umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler and sand toys. The kitchen is amazing. Very large island was perfect to prepare and serve a buffet for the family. Beds are comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Hope to stay again!

I am hard to please when it comes to cleanliness, but this house was perfect! It was also very well stocked for beach supplies! It's hard to tell from the picture but there are 4 units in this building, not 2. I didn't realize that when I booked it.

Gorgeous beachfront

The location of this property doesn’t get any better. Communication with owner was prompt and the property had all the amenities you’ll ever need. Everything in the propriety was basically brand new. Restaurants and shops are within minutes walk. Balconies on both levels were perfect for watching the sunset. We took advantage of the beach chairs and wagon kits that the owner had available to rent at a very reasonable rate. Our overall experience was more than what we expected. We will definitely be booking this beautiful property for our next trip to Indian Rocks Beach!

Perfect first family vacation

This was our first time going on a vacation with the grandparents/parents/grandkids Perfect location, house was stocked with everything you could think of for a beach vacation. Beautiful house with large bathrooms open concept, gorgeous views from balcony’s. House was perfect for all ages slept 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We did have to get baby gates for the steep stairs. So if you have any small children definitely pick one or two up and make sure they are wide enough to accommodate the wide stairs and hallway upstairs. 5 stars

Beautiful condo!

This was our first time visiting Indian Rocks Beach. We usually visit Siesta Key but decided to give this beach a try. We absolutely loved the area. Much quieter than Seista and the beach was gorgeous. The house was well equipped and very clean. The owners were responsive with any questions we had. We had our 5 month old grandson along so we appreciated the high chair and pack and play provided. There are a lot of stairs to contend with so maybe not the best choice for older or handicapped people. Location was fantastic. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shop. And most importantly the beach was just a few steps away and if we weren’t on the beach we had a gorgeous view from the condo. Would stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway

Overall this property was clean and as described. We did have some silverware in the drawer that wasn't clean, but I'm always hesitant to use kitchen things that someone else has (or has not) cleaned. The only con to this place is the stairs. The ground floor is the garage and a foyer with a long staircase to the main level. Then there's another long staircase uo to the bedrooms and showers. This is definitely not the place for anyone with any type of mobility issues. But the views are gorgeous and there is easy access to the beach. Overall, id give it 4 1/2 stars.

An awesome weekend getaway

Wow. What can I say? A beach house with actual style! This home is absolutely stunning. Views from both balconies were great, and the 100 ft walk to the beach makes for a great day on the sand. We usually pick a beach house based on proximity to the water, however this home didn’t feel like a rental. Everything was nice and clean, no wicker present so it was comfortable evenings after dark and the amount of beach toys truly was amazing. We used some of the ten plus chairs available to us, the wagon, umbrella and our kids LOVED the toys available to us. We had a wonderful time and had zero issues during our stay. Clearly no expenses were spared outfitting this home, there’s even a Sonos sound bar in the living room. The ample garage parking made it simple for our friends to park and join us at the beach for the day, and I cannot wait for our next beach trip so we can rent it again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Lack of Communication and Scamming Fees

The stay in itself was fine. Reaching the host through the app and via the number provided is next to non existent. You will have to call the line to receive a response. “Electrical issue” The home is equipped with smart switches, but they should be labeled broken. The island lights would not shut off, and one of the beds is in the kitchen/Living Room so the only way to get them to turn off is to loosen the bulbs, so my daughter could sleep. The fan in the living room would never turn on, the middle bedroom fan would not turn on after the second night, the balcony fans did not turn on. The lights in the living room would randomly turn on at night with no one near the switch. We are not ones to complain, so we dealt with oddities and was hoping to get a survey to provide feedback about the electrical issues. Instead there was both from the host, which was standard from them and now a $600 charge for the loosened bulbs. The only way to turn off the switch. Renter beware!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving with family

The property is perfect for around the kitchen gatherings. The spacious work space and the large table with 8 chairs made it possible to eat together, and prepare meals together! In the open dining room area, our grandkids were able to have a "dance party" as they call it!!
