***Attention Pool Closure September 22-23 for maintance of pool deck, Discounts offered during those dates*** Our immaculate, Non Smoking BUILDING & CONDO )2 Bedrooms 2 Baths, features Luxury decor in the Ocean Way Building right on the beach. We are an end unit, with lots of windows, in a quiet 17 unit private First Class newer Condo. We are south of Clearwater at Indian Rocks Beach, at 20th Ave. just North of Guppies Restaurant. We take pride on keeping our unit clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries and beach equipement like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. There is High Speed Wireless Internet, great views, a large balcony and sunshine, while you work.
Our living room faces the beach and our special feature is, fantastic sunsets. We are two miles from famous Clearwater Beach with a private pool, Outdoor grill area, elevator, a spectacular view from a 12 foot patio door on our large 10 by 14 balcony. This could be a perfect place for you, to enjoy the best relaxing holiday, in a long time.
Nearby is great shopping, inexpensive restaurants, Book our unit and contact us for more details or savings and promotions for longer or repeat stays! We also have other Beach front units in this building and the area. Update: Cleaning fee is due upon arrival to manager if not paid through the booking site $205. Booking fee not refundable.
