Important Information

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property; additional guests or visitors, including short daytime visitors, require prior written host approval. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM, and parties, events, disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests are required to electronically sign an additional renter agreement after booking and before receiving access to the property; a sample agreement is available in advance upon request. Disclosed exterior security cameras and digital noise/environmental monitoring devices are present on the property; there are no interior cameras. Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 standard passenger vehicles. Early check-in may be available depending on the prior reservation and cleaning schedule, and an additional fee may apply. For stays of 21 nights or longer, professional cleaning is required once every two weeks during the stay and the cost will be added to the reservation. Pool heating is optional and is not included in the base rental rate. Pool heat is available for $35 per night or $210 per week for stays of 7 nights or longer, plus applicable taxes, and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool heating is generally recommended during cooler months and should be requested as far in advance as possible. Heating performance depends on outdoor temperature, wind, and weather conditions, so a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed at all times. Guest-initiated cancellations may be subject to a processing fee equal to the greater of $50 or actual non-refundable credit-card/payment-processing fees incurred, deducted from any otherwise available refund.
