My experience was not bad but here somethings or suggestions might make the room more cozy. The water temperature could be a little hotter in the shower, little body wash bottles / only saw shampoo and conditioner bottles mainly.

If you're looking for the lap of luxury you're in the wrong department. This is an inexpensive motel and nothing more. Yes, there were a few bugs in the room. Yes, the "soap" shelf in the bathroom had fallen off and not been repaired/replaced. Yes, the toilet seat was not bolted properly. These are all the things I expect from a motel that is 1/2 the cost of everything else. This is what I expected, so there were no surprises. If you want a Hilton, stay at a Hilton.
