Room was very comfortable and spacious. Very quiet, for being near the airport and highway. Restaurant next door. Pool area was large and well maintained. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest some type of shower floor slip resistance be applied because the showers are very slippery and could result in serious injury.

Unfair treatment

I have been cancelling my stay 3 weeks prior and they NEVER called me back. I tried again and again NO ONE called back. My husband had heart issue that came up suddenly and we couldn't fly to Florida because of his sudden issue and still to this day we can't go away any time soon, so because of his cardioversion etc I called the hotel to let them know that I needed to cancel my reservation but like I said they never called me back. I am very upset that I lost over one thousand dollars on the reservation to the hotel and what was bad that they don't have any care or respect to at least call us back. I know they had enough time to get in touch with me and it's pretty sad that they didn't. I picked this place cause the ratings were very good and this is how I got treated or more like ghosted. This money I didn't get a chance to enjoy in Florida and what hurts that no one had the decency to call me. We're senior citizens and we saved that money for that trip and we couldn't go because of health issues and we lost the money too even calling 3 weeks prior to going to Florida

Great Staff - Rooms Could Be Better

The hotel was alright. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find a good place to order dinner from. When we walked into the room, it stunk like urine. We just let it go because we weren't going to be there long. When we settled in the room for bed, the air conditioner was not working well. The room would not cool down. The front desk staff employee was very helpful. She found us some fans to use since our air conditioner was not working well. She did offer to move us to another room, but we were checking out in about 5 hours so we just asked for fans. The fans helped out lot. We were able to get some sleep before leaving at 4:30 am.

.!! Taking my money without permission.

Book the reservation online, with the assumption that I was going to pay in person upon arrival. They made three different charges on my credit card, which left me no money because they wound up charging my card twice. Not good customer service at all.!!
