Stay in a unique piece of Florida beachfront property. This vintage standalone cottage is located on a beachfront piece of land where you can simply step out your front door to the sand. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018, this unique vacation property gives you a Florida beachfront experience like no other.

Las Casitas are located just off the main area of Treasure Island, directly across the street from the large Publix grocery store, and within easy access to the areas best activities and adventures.

This was pretty good
Unfortunately 2 of the three AC unit stopped working. It’s smaller than I expected but the location is good with relationship to the beach. It was just my son and I and we were on the go, so we didn’t need a lot of time in the place. It was more of a hotel room (without hotel amenities) than a VRBO

awful stay!
Everything was wrong, dirty, no ocean view, big furniture with no place to put our luggage, picnic table broken, had to go through 2nd bedroom to use bathroom, air conditioners didn’t work. No bbq near us, only at the other places. Window almost fell out on me! Just wasn’t a decent place to stay.

Easy beach access
We enjoy having our own Cottage at the beach! It is an older property so it is not in perfect condition but was sufficient for the three of us. It had all the amenities we needed, including beach towels (not provided at many other locations). The main issue we had was that our Cottage (#2) was only a few feet from Gulf Blvd., which made sleeping challenging for those of us who are not used to a LOT traffic noise. The livingroom area's AC was also very loud when it came on. We used a box fan for white noise, which helped, but I would not stay here again unless we had a cottage off the boulevard.

I think it would be helpful to be completely honest in reviews. Let me start with the +s: the proximity to public beach access; cable tv (although you can’t hear it over the sound of the window unit); and comfortable bed. However, anyone who give this more than a 3, is not doing anyone any favors. I Would not stay here again. It is in dire need of some attention. Floors are soft and spongy, deadbolt is wiggly. 2 of the 3 window unit A/Cs need replaced (1 doesn’t work at all, the other so incredibly loud). Front door does not seal. Trash looks like it hasn’t been picked up in weeks. Bathroom smells like mildew. Many problems have been painted over. The price you pay after all the fees, you could get a nice hotel room in St. Pete beach.

Clean and cozy
The bungalow was clean, cute and cozy. It had everything that we needed for a short vacation and we even cooked most of our meals. The only thing is - it’s on a beach front lot but it is behind 2 other bungalows which wasn’t really clear in the listing. Other than that, everything was as expected based on the listing.

Very disappointed in this property. Pictures as advertised did not accurately depict the conditions of cottage. Floors soft and spongy in living room and kitchen. When raining, water pours down wall in kitchen. Picture fell from wall in kitchen during storm exposing mold behind. Air conditioner in living room not working. Dirty drain rain snake left on picnic table outside. One star for proximity to beach.

Was a good time. Just wish we could have seen the Gulf from the house.Had to walk around house 3 . Other than that everything was good. We will stay there again but in one of the other 2 houses.

Perfect Location!
Our family had a wonderful time spending a week at Las Casitas 2! The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and restaurants! We hope to stay again next summer.
