Studio Efficiency Ground Floor - Surf Song #117

Surf Song #117 - This unit is a ground floor non-smoking Studio Efficiency overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf waters.. This adorable property is popular for couples while offering one of a kind views! Free Wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will immediately notice this well cared for property has new furnishings, a recently remodeled kitchen, bathroom, paint and artwork. Sleeping arrangements include a very nice king size bed. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay.

While this property is everything and more, it's prime location is why several guests make repeat visits year after year. Just a short walk outside the front door and you will immediately find yourself at the heated pool, and BBQ facilities. Walk just a few moments longer and you will be at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Surf Song 117 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

I loved the old school charm of the condo. Nice, clean updated studio. It had everything we needed. The air conditioner stopped working and they had a repair person on it pronto! The outdoor patio area is amazing! Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants.

Great little place

Small room with a decent sized kitchen. I wish it had plastic cups since there’s no glass allowed in the pool area, but overall it was a cute little place. Bed was comfortable but wasn’t fond of the very outdated comfortable. Luckily there was plenty of extra blankets in the closet. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the window. Plenty of beach chairs available for complex to use. The pool was always clean and heated. Make sure u bring beach towels. Had a great time. Thank you for the beautiful memories :)

Reviews said our unit was newly remodeled, however the shower and toilet were disgusting and decor was tired and did not match the photos. The office staff was not very friendly nor engaging when we stopped in for information. There was no management presence or monitoring throughout the week to check on things, thus most of the posted guidelines were ignored by the guests.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dirty had mold in shower and in vanity where towels were kept. Condo had awful smell. dehumidifier ran constant and we had to empty it everyday! Appliances were all rusty even the toaster was rusty, Bed was awful! ordered a mattress topper from Walmart and it didn't even help. Felt like you were sleeping on the floor. After a hard rain we had to walk thru 4 inches of water right outside our door. No drains in courtyard at all. Pool was never cleaned or tested during our stay. All tables outside were covered with black mold and paint all peeling on them. Never would recommend this condo. Never will stay here again.

An Anything Goes Kind of Place

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While it was an ideal location, we walked into the middle of a multi family vacation. A dozen kids were running around unattended all hours of the day and night. Our room was in the middle of theirs and the kids kept trying to get into our room. The pool closes at sunset but there was a party in it until at least 11:00 PM. Thankfully with the A/C and dehumidifier going it damped down the noise while in our room. We couldn’t sit out side because they took up all of the umbrella tables and had music blasting all day. If you’re looking for a nice getaway with your spouse, this is not for you.
