Stunning, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Sunset Beach/Treasure Island designed with beautiful interior detail, this gulf retreat offers beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk from the family room and master bedroom balcony. Windows throughout the home offer abundant natural light. Enjoy spectacular sunsets every night. Parking is available for 4 cars. Walk to Caddy’s on the beach to eat, drink, play, and enjoy life. Ka’Tiki is down the street with amazing music 365 days a year in the beachy setting of a tiki hut. Many incredible restaurants and clubs are within walking distance. Kick back and relax with your favorite TV show, play games, or whip up anything from beach snacks to 4-course meals in the fully furnished kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, electric kettle, both Keurig and drip coffee makers and grinder, a blender, a toaster oven, and a microwave. Gather for meals at the adjacent 8-seat dining table. Or use the grill to prepare steaks or a seafood feast! A full-sized washer and dryer as well as central air conditioning add convenience during your stay. The home is well equipped with everything you need - flat screens, internet, WiFi, bed linens, bath towels, cozy throws, hairdryers, soaps, etc... For the beach, grab the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys and load up the wagon provided to haul everything to the beach with ease. Can’t beat the location
A few steps from the beach which is stunning at sunset and lovely in daytime. Also nice and quiet at night. Host was quick to respond and kind. Everything about the house is as advertised—very convenient location.

Just as described. Well appointed next to beach, bars and restaurants. This was our third visit to Sunset Beach with our young adult kids. Perfect R&R and this beautiful house was exactly as described.

Great location, well equipped, close to the beach and perfect view of sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Probably stay there again when we return to St. Pete.

Gorgeous home and amazing neighborhood.
I booked this stay for a friends wedding that was in treasure island, and being so close to caddys made it so convenient (amazing food). The home was nice and clean comfortable stay for us and had all the supplies we needed for our week stay. I would book this in a heartbeat again, its litterally a few hundred feet and you're in the ocean.
