Enter through 24hr guarded gate and building taking elevator up to your 7th floor heavenly views. Walk up to your front patio overlooking the beautiful intercostal waterways then immediately opening the front door looking back to see the gulf throughout this coastal cozy 2 bedroom with 2 full baths and walk in closets. Master suite has large balcony overlooking the gulf with views making it very hard to even put into words. Oversized living room overlooks that balcony and huge window invites our firey sunsets right in each evening. Full kitchen, dining room, plenty of storage, laundry just steps away, giant brand new pool and more- makes this condo the perfect spot for your family to enjoy our Island Living.

Everything was so smooth and wonderful. Mandy is such a nice person, so accommodating and always ready to lend a hand. We loved this apartment right on the brach, enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and peaceful evening walks in the beach! Thank you so much for letting us use your property!!
