Check in was easy. The owner had all the essentials to start your vacay off quickly and easily. The house was clean and central to so many of the beaches. Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys also made for easy and cost saving beach days.

The host Tony was brilliant, had put some snacks and bottled water out for us which after a long day was much appreciated. Accommodation was clean and had everything needed ( beach towels, fresh towels, toilet rolls etc) fantastic area for exploring and visiting the beaches, plenty of lovely resteraunts nearby. Would definitely stay at the hosts accommodation again.

We enjoy our stay very much! The house was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and having beach chairs available was a great bonus.Tony was very responsive.The location is close to any store you might need and the beaches. Very nice home

This home was absolutely perfect for a getaway. The host, Tony, was super helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Having all the amenities made the stay so comfortable, we didn't need a thing. The decor was stylish and inviting, creating a really relaxing vibe. Plus, finding snacks waiting was a delightful surprise after a long journey. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

This was an amazing experience. Tony gave us the opportunity to check in early, which was so much appreciated after a long drive. The place had everything that we needed, expected, and more. We loved that the house was so clean, everything was beautifully organized, and decorated. We found welcome snacks and water upon arrival! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook amazing meals. We had plenty of bath towels, and beach towels. We used the umbrella and the beach chairs provided. The pool and the whole outdoor area was amazing. We spent time there every day. The beach was only 13 minutes away with plenty of parking especially if you get there early, before 9-10 AM. The check out was a breeze, just lock up and go. Thank you, Tony for hosting us, and making it a great vacation for the whole family. We would love to stay there again. I have already suggested this property to family and friends! Thanks again!

Great Property. Close but not too close.

We had a great stay. Loved it. Tony, the host was super responsive to any questions. Usually he contacted me with the answers before I could even ask my question. He even invited us to check in early (SCORE). Check in and out was SUPER simple. Tony sent the door code before we got there and check out was the easiest I've every experienced. He only asked that we lock the house up when we left. We did wash the beach towels and take out the trash before leaving, too but that was on me, not him. The house was stocked with the things we needed: dishes, cookware, utensils, pool floats, bath towels, pool/beach towels, etc. I could go on and on. Appliances look fairly new and were clean and in good working order including the outdoor grill. Check the kitchen stock before you go shopping. You may find what you need is already there. There are beach toys and supplies in the screened porch. The house is a perfect place for a family with children. There was a baby crib, pack n play & high chair for the little ones. The beds were super comfortable. The second bathroom is a little small, but was completely serviceable for me. The other two guests used the main bathroom, which was larger. The outdoor area is beautiful and we spent time almost every day in the pool. The pool was clean and in good working order. It even has a heater so the water was comfortable even at night. Neighborhood is quiet and close enough to shopping and beaches but not right in the center of in-town chaos.

Perfect Everything

We could not have been any happier with this property! Largo is the perfect place to be if you want to visit both Clearwater and St. Pete and all the beaches in between. A quick drive from Tampa airport too. The house was nice and clean and the beds big and comfortable. The pool was great for our family and we used it a lot, nice clean with plenty of pool toys. My favorite was the high locks on the doors leading out to the pool, young children could not reach the locks. Highly recommended.
