This allows you to savor coffee while unwinding on the back patio. 🥥

Living Room: This cozy space is all about that chic gray sectional sofa, fake greenery, and beachy vibes on the walls. Oh, and let's remember the star of the show: an oversized Roku TV with Fubo channel access for all you sports fanatics out there! 🌺

Primary Bedroom: The room features a king bed with luxurious white bedding, a full-length mirror, a clock featuring USB outlets, and electrical outlets in the room. Additionally, there's a luggage rack, hangers, and a Roku TV remote for easy TV control and access to the Fubo channel subscription, which offers local and sports channels like ESPN. 🌴

Screened Patio, aka THE TIKI BAR: It's an ideal place to unwind and de-stress, surrounded by the melodic chirping of birds. You'll find a spacious TV (Roku controls the remote and turns on the TV) with access to a Fubo channel featuring local channels, news channels, and ESPN. Conveniently, there's a pass-through window for easy transfer of beverages from the kitchen to this outdoor area. Please refrain from moving the charging outlet securely plugged into the wall. 🏄🏻‍♀️

Backyard: Enter a captivating rainforest setting adorned with native plants personally planted by the homeowner. Discover a cozy fire pit area for your enjoyment. Other things to note:

- Forget about packing or renting beach gear! We provide guests with towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, an umbrella, and sunblock. Additionally, there's a big bag of beach toys for the little ones. 🌅

- The washing machine and dryer are discreetly placed in the garage, covering your laundry detergent needs. Remember to leave the washer door slightly open when not in use. Both the washer and dryer doors may be tricky to close—lift them slightly and shut them firmly.
