Feel like home at our gorgeous nautical inspired 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This condo has been updated to include new kitchen cabinets, appliances, kitchen island, all new furniture, flooring, linens, paint, housewares and décor. As you enter this condo, you will encounter the breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy these views as you are in the kitchen, dining room, living room and Master bedroom. A huge patio spans the entire length of the condo, featuring a dining table set and a relaxing wicker lounge chairs. The sunsets are amazing!!

The master bedroom features a king bed, a large dresser, two night stands, and a flat screen TV. The master also features sliding glass doors that open to the balcony overlooking the beach. In addition there is a walk in closet and a spacious bathroom containing a huge walk in shower. The secondary bedroom features two full beds, a large dresser, a nightstand, a flat screen TV and a generous closet.

Enjoy the open concept of the living, dining and kitchen area all overlooking the gulf. This condo is perfect for relaxing in the comfortable living room furniture or having a meal on your private balcony. The kitchen has everything you need and all comforts of home.

This condo also comes with a washer and dryer as well as a storage closet full of beach toys, games, boogie boards, etc. There is also free Wi-Fi internet access with the condo.

Enjoy several amazing restaurants within walking distance. There is also a park within walking distance that has two playgrounds, two tennis courts, a basketball court and a little league baseball field!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean and comfortable property. The kitchen was well-stocked and having beach chairs and towels was appreciated. This was our first time in the IRB area and our favorite part was the incredible view from the balcony. If we decide to vacation in this area again, we will definitely check if this property is available to rent!

Beautiful beach location with amazing views. Very comfortable condo. We felt like we were at home! The condo is in a great spot on the beach. Most of the crowds were closer to the beach accesses.Walking distance for ice cream, Hurricane Eddies, and Keegan’s( all great!)Small souvenir shop across the street along with a beading studio (we took a class!)Owners stocked the condo nicely until we could make it to the store to buy groceries. Publix is expensive. We preferred the Walmart in Largo. Instacart will also deliver to the condo location. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to make some really nice meals. Stop by one of the fish markets and grab some local fare! Beds were super comfortable. We slept like a dream.Beach toys and chairs in closet for your use. The weather was super hot so we even used the umbrella. Pool is small at the condo but people were friendly and no one seemed to be bothered even if it was full.We took full advantage of Kolb park. It’s a couple of blocks away and they have pickleball courts, tennis courts, a playground and a basketball court. Also, if you are into fitness, GET FIT is only 10 minute drive and offers a 45 weekly pass. The owners were easy to work with, plus we had anEasy check in, easy check out. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home on the beach!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was exactly like the online pictures. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie board, and a well stocked kitchen with cooking implements. There are two great restaurants within walking distance - Guppy’s and Keegan’s. We couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling fans. Possibly the batteries were did, but it didn’t affect anything. The weather was crazy, rainy for most of the trip, but we were able to get a lot of beach time in around the storms. If only we could control Mother Nature.

Perfect location

Perfect location right in the beach with beautiful views from the deck of the beach. We saw dolphin several times just sitting on the deck. Condo was updated nicely and well stocked with dishes. We appreciated the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. We were a little nervous about the guest room window being right by the elevator and the noise from it keeping our kids awake at night but had no issues at all with it! Overall very quiet condo area, beach is steps away. Covered parking so vehicle is in the shade always. Close to many restaurants and ice cream. The unit was overall clean but could have been cleaner honestly - mostly on the floors which were dirty when we arrived. Only suggestions we have are that the bathrooms need more places to hang bath towels. Also would be great to have an updated vacuum - we found the one in the closet but it didn’t work well or have great suction power. Otherwise we had a lovely time and would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Myself, husband, and teenage daughter had such a great, comfortable stay. The place was so clean and well maintained and the decor is so cute. I saw other reviews saying the building and unit were outdated but I didn’t find that to be an issue at all!! Everything was great. The pool is heated yet still felt great in the Florida sun. The building isn’t very big so the premises wasn’t crowded which was nice. The assigned, covered parking is wonderful. There was always room at the pool and the beach is just steps away. We really appreciated the beck chairs and umbrellas. Lots of dishes and utensils. Really can’t say enough about this place and we hope to be back.

Hoping to Stay Here Again

We arrived to find a very clean condo, in a very nice building, with a heated pool, and a great view of the beach and the gulf. The location is amazing. Over a two week period we walked to restaurants and ice cream shops, almost everyday. Additionally, the drive to catch Spring Training games in Clearwater and Dunedin were well under 30 minutes. We hope we will be able to stay here again.

Indian Rocks Beach is a great winter getaway, and this is a wonderful condo to experience all IRB has to offer! Steps away from the beautiful beach and nice restaurants, the condo is well appointed and modern. Par, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and was responsive throughout the very simple rental process. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay at this renovated property. So nice to sit on the balcony and just look at the ocean. Great location and easy to walk to restaurants. Also easy to drive or get an Uber to restaurants a little further away. Highly recommend this place for a beach escape.

Amazing Condo!

We come to Indian Rocks every year and have yet to find a condo we love until now! The hosts were amazing in their communication with me before and during our stay. The property itself was exactly as shown and the location was perfect! Close to everything we love as well as the little water park and grocery store! Just steps to the beach and pool and amazing views from the master and living room! I highly recommend picking this condo for your stay. You won’t be disappointed! We will continue to book this unit yearly!

Lots of TLC

Great view and access to the beach. Kitchen well equipped. The building was quiet and other renters were friendly. The small pool out front was good. Owner was responsive to a problem we had with the stove. However, the unit was dated and damp, as evidenced by a portable dehumidifier in the living area that needed to be emptied 3 times a day. The back bedroom especially had a strong mildew/mold/musty smell. Our guests who used that bedroom were not able to stay in the unit after 2 days of trying to sleep there, because of the odor. Very disappointed and not worth the price.
