The house has not been completely finished since being hit by recent hurricanes. Ongoing construction on the street, construction equipment and trucks caused irritation. If your looking for a relaxing getaway, this is not it.

Bahia Paradise is a gem! Our family (6 adults and 4 kids) enjoyed our week long stay. The home was beautiful, as pictured. The location and amenities were wonderful. The golf cart was so convenient to have as well. Matthew has thought of every detail, making sure you have an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a good week in Florida. House is in a very convenient location to the beach, food, etc. The golf cart was a great addition, and the closest beach area has parking for golf carts so that was nice.House has plenty of items for the beach, cooking at home, etc.Matthew is very attentive and a great host. We did have some issues with the house during the week.AC did not cool during peak heat of day but Matthew had somebody out to addressSome bugs observed (ants/roaches) in a few of the rooms but expect that due to the construction ongoing on both sides of the property.

Fantastic home on the water and near the beach with lots of amenities

We spent a couple weeks in the Bahai Paradise with family and it was perfect! it is a rare 4-bedroom home on the waterfront just a couple blocks walk to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The heated pool was great, and there are an abundance of amenities like pool and beach toys, wagons to transport umbrellas, equipment and toys to the beach. There are multiple kayaks, patio chairs, blow-ups, lounges, and umbrellas for fun and to make it pleasurable to just relax around the pool and pier. And the 6-passenger golf cart was extremely useful. The house was clean and had all the utensils and things needed for a long stay. Other than the groceries and a couple minor expendable items, everything was provided.It was remarkable how nice the house was considering it was hit with 2 hurricanes and storm surges (Helene & Milton) just a few months prior to our visit.This stay was 10 out of 10 in every way, and we'll look forward to return again. Thanks, Matthew!

Awesome stay!!!

Do yourself a favor and book this beautiful home! Matthew the host is very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure we were all set during our stay. The pool is amazing! Enjoyed my morning coffee out on the dock. Great location and the golf cart makes getting around town and the beach a breeze!

This was a perfect family weekend. The accommodations could not have been better. We enjoyed the golf cart, fishing off the dock and kayaking. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. Communications with the owner were easy. We will be back.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at Bahia Vista! The atmosphere was very relaxing. We loved having the waterway in our back yard. Our son loved fishing from the dock. The home had everything you needed to enjoy a week (or longer) stay. The owner Matthew was great to deal with. He remedied any situation very quickly and was very kind. We had 3 families (8 total) and had plenty of room. 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms are small, but of course we didn’t spend much time in those anyway. I would definitely recommend this vacation home!

This house is amazing and the hospitality made the trip even better for our bachelorette trip of 11! The house was comfortable with more than enough space for everyone to sleep, hangout and eat meals at the house together. There was a fully stocked kitchen and we loved cooking breakfast on the blackstone by the pool. We even caught some fish with the provided fishing rods and bait. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet and although we were all adults the house and area were very family friendly. We loved the convenience of the golf cart to bring the provided beach gear down the few blocks to the ocean. Any minor hiccups and the owner was more than accommodating and always available to help us- he really went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be including recommendations for boat tours and a very helpful travel guide for the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Retreat

Great location in Indian Rock. Walking distance to a great beach or just simply enjoy the pool over looking the inshore waterway. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children under 3. Communication with the owner was incredible and so was the hospitality. Our time together as a family could not have been better and having a place for all of us to stay made it that much more special. Everything we needed and more was available for our stay. Memory Maker!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Bahia Paradise and everything it offered! Our host, Tom, and his assistant, Matthew, made sure our family vacation was truly wonderful! Grandchildren loved the pool and bunk beds! The golf cart was a terrific perk. Tom provides a guidebook that was very handy. Indian Rocks is a great location with the beach being minutes away. We had dolphins swim by our deck in the evenings and even a manatee one morning! Memories last a lifetime and our family will certainly remember Bahia!

Great vacation

Property owner was extremely responsive as we were planning the trip, and flexible when we asked to add a day. Great communication of everything that was available, a description of the area, how to use everything around the house, etc. House itself was perfect for our size group, extremely clean, well stocked with towels, sheets, and blankets. Two of the bedrooms are admittedly on the small side, so just be aware there is no room to add an air mattress or something like that. Pool was crystal clear and warm. Golf cart was a huge bonus, you can use that to get pretty much anywhere you need to be in the area other than a big grocery store. Beach is like a 2 minute golf cart ride from the house. Area is excellent, tons of food and drink options. Beach not very crowded at all, even on a holiday weekend. They even have a service to take the garbage cans out for you, and garbage comes twice a week, which is very helpful when you have a large group. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and the host was great to work with.

Perfect Girls Trip!

10 friends were able to get away for a girls weekend to celebrate birthdays and friendship. This house was the perfect place for this. The lay out, the pool, the golf cart. We rented Tom’s boat and had a private chef from his recommendation come to the house. Both incredible experiences and I highly recommend as well. Any questions we had Tom responded within minutes. The house is updated and clean with plenty of space and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. We had an amazing time ! Thank you!

Indian Rocks Gem!

This is a lovely, well-adorned property
 super clean, great layout inside and outside, quiet neighborhood with daily dolphin visits, and with the extras (new golf cart, games, water boards, etc.) Just as the pictures represent and even better. Also the most organized host and pre-check in info we have ever experienced with VRBO. Do not hesitate to rent this gem of a home.

perfect beach getaway

Our family stayed to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We had guests from 1 year to 69 years and everyone had a blast. The location is fantastic, house layout was great for 4 kids and 6 adults. Pool and dock were amazing, and Tom was so easy to get ahold of and so accommodating! Will definitely be booking again!

Absolutely incredible and memorable stay. Tom's communication was spot on - I could reach out with any type of question and he would respond almost immediately. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. It was right on the water where we could fish and see dolphins. The golf cart was a huge hit with my 4 year old, as was the amazing pool! We had some windfall of the hurricane hit while we were there and Tom was checking in to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything! He was there the next morning right away to pick up any debrief that had fallen. If you are looking to come to IRB, you need to stay here!

Family Vacation

This was a super place for an active family to stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. You could swim in the pool, play on the paddle board or take a ride on the kayack. The golf cart made for an easy trip over to the ocean or a five minute walk. Our very first morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the dock a mother dolphin brought her baby over near our dock to show him off! Tom was always available to answer any questions. We had a great vacation!!

Fun house and great location

The house was perfect for our family. Loved being on the bay and having the dock. Pool was amazing and house is very close to great beach access. Would highly recommend!

House A+. / IRB A+

This was a perfect home in a perfect little community called Indian Rocks Beach. The house is an A+ on all levels .. comfortable beds /clean/lots of bathrooms/ perfect size clean pool/ a true beautiful very functional large kitchen well supplied for large groups and families. The homes location on IRB is perfect as well . Our family had a wonderful time here ! Yours will too !
