This stunning 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico! This home consists of three stories. The bottom floor features a ping pong table, projector screen and a refrigerator. This area provides a great space for the family to entertain and unwind. The second floor is the main living space with balcony access. This floor has a fully stocked kitchen, living room, office space with a sofa bed, formal dining room, eat in kitchen area, laundry room, half bath and a bedroom with two twin beds. The third floor consists of three bedrooms and three baths. All bedrooms on the third floor have their own bathrooms and access to the balcony. This home also features a large private backyard, outdoor shower, grill, table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Summer Sunset House is walking distance to Caddy's and the World's Famous Ka Tiki with daily live music.
