The private balcony with sliding glass doors allows guests to enjoy a breathtaking view of some of the oldest oak trees on the island, the Frederica river, and historic nationally-recognized antebellum structures near the bluff, while listening to the enchanting bells tolling hymns from Epworth next door.
The community is gated and guests will receive a gate code and one assigned parking space under the parking garage with additional parking spaces for multiple vehicles located just outside the garage. The villa is located on the first floor for easy access via elevator from the parking garage or by taking one flight of steps. The community has TWO beautiful pools, multiple grills, outdoor restrooms, and picnic areas for guests to enjoy. Also, there is access to a storage closet located in the garage to store your bicycles and beach equipment. Inquire with management for access code.
