This chic, 4-bedroom townhouse has it all. Owned by Curated Designer Rentals, the house was completely renovated and professionally decorated by Interior Designer, Emily Dunn. The house has a South African and French style, with neutral, coastal accents throughout. With a patio on the main floor and patios on the 2nd and 3rd floors, featuring marsh views. In addition to 4 stunning bedrooms and 3.5 gorgeous bathrooms, there is tons of living space in the great room and kitchen.
This bright, spacious, professionally designed townhouse has space for up to 8 people with beautiful views of the golden isles and only minutes from the beach. It is stocked with everything including a gas grill, beach chairs and bikes. Your stay at Ocean Boulevard is sure to be a memorable one!
Located in the popular East Beach neighborhood, this house is ideally situated for a beach vacation or coastal oasis during a work trip. WIth 3 floors, 5 patios and tons of living space, this is the ideal set up for families or friend groups. The entire house was renovated with renters in mind, making sure to create warm gathering places and an open flow from the kitchen to the great room. Decorated by the fabulous Interior Designer, Emily Dunn, this is one of the most exquisitely designed rentals on the island. Every detail has been thought out, making this a cozy and very functional home.
The main floor includes the great room--a great space for gathering with the group and relaxing. The great room lends way to the gorgeous and bright kitchen, which also has lots of seating space. From the exquisite marble island with barstools, to the fabulous eat-in kitchen, it is one of the highlights of the homes. The dining table is around a banquette and also has plenty of dining chairs. The kitchen features every modern amenity you could desire. The main floor includes a patio that features a dining table and four chairs, and an additional seating space.
From the main floor, guests are welcome to use the elevator to take their luggage up to their rooms, and it can be accessed from every level of the home (including the garage).
The second-floor features two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first features a queen bed and a private patio overlooking the marsh. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom with an oversized, double vanity. The second bedroom is a vibrant and gorgeous space that also has a private patio and seating space. The top floor includes the master bedroom, which has a king bed and beautifully decorated space. The master bedroom includes a private patio overlooking the marsh, a attractive seating area, completely renovated en-suite bathroom and an oversized walk-in closet (where you can easily put a pack and play in if you need a space for a baby.) The fourth bedroom has a beautiful queen bed and en suite bathroom. This room also has a private patio that is perfect for sunbathing or enjoy a cocktail in the evenings.
The garage provides room for you to park your car or to store any golf carts or extra bikes that you rent during your stay. The garage has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation—including a gas grill, beach bikes for your personal use, beach chairs, and beach towels.
