Walking distance to the Pier/Village area and less than a mile from the beach makes this condo your vacation ground zero. A beautifully landscaped complex surrounded by giant oaks that will make you forget that civilization is right down the street. The community pool is located just across the parking lot from Unit 49. You will enjoy the front patio and back porch on those perfect weather days that St Simons is famous for.
*NOTE: Village Green Unit 49 is available for monthly rentals only.

Spring on the island
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall this rental is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are roomy. Both bathrooms could use updating of the tub and flooring. Kitchen is equipped with most essentials. Internet is fast and secure. Due to all the large trees the condo is not bright due to lack of sun.
