Only 2.3 miles to the beach and 3 miles to the pier/village area. This little cottage with the big back yard is the perfect getaway while you are visiting the island. Sleeps 6 with the help of a sleeper sofa.

Plenty of seating in the living room with a large flat panel Smart TV**. You will love the barn doors in the living room where you can close it off or open it up. There is a small bedroom off of the living room with a futon, desk and a computer monitor for your use.

You can seat eight for dinner, 6 around the dining room table and there are 2 bar seats in the kitchen.

In addition to the small bedroom just off the living room, there are two more bedrooms. Each has queen bedding and a Smart TV. All the bedrooms are serviced by the hallway bath.

The house comes equipped with board games and books for you to enjoy. Beach towels are there for your time at the beach. A yoga mat, large dog crate and a picnic backpack are there for your use and enjoyment.

Off the back of the house is a large covered patio with a variety of seating arrangements and hammocks. In the back yard is an elevated deck that is nice during the warmer months. The deck is built around a large soaking tub for kids or the adults who'd like to cool off during the hot summer months. During the cooler months you can take advantage of the fire-pit. When the competitive fires are burning, there is a Bocce Ball Court and a Croquet Set where family championships can be won and lost.
