Immediately upon entering the condo we saw dirt on the floor that looks like it is coming from the folding doors on the left. In this utility closet we can't tell if there is black mold or just years of accumulated dirt. The windows, blinds, and sliding glass doors are dirty. When we went to use the cookware the first night we found that many of them were dirty. The kitchen faucet is loose and feels like it is about to fall off. The drawer next to the refrigerator only opens a few inches before it hits the refrigerator. The stove is in poor shape and should be replaced. The cabinets in the kitchen are in need of repair. The ceiling shows signs of water leeks that have been repaired but not repainted and the attic access panel has paint chips missing. The bottom edge of the closet door in the master bath and the clothes rod in the closet is rusted also there are no hangers. The grout in both bathrooms is dirty and the calking for both bathtub/shower units is failing. All the light fixtures that have clear globes are dirty. All the rugs throughout the unit are dirty and stained. The lighting by the couch is poor, we informed the owner and he sent a table lamp over but there is no table to put it on. The unit faces north and does not receive any sunlight. The only view you have from the unit is other condos.
