2BR and 2BA, this second floor condo has a private patio overlooking the Atlantic ocean, offering fantastic sunrise and sunsets. The living room has a couch, a smart TV, and a separate reading chair. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal, enough seating for the family, and access to the back patio. The washer and dryer are located between the kitchen and full bathroom with standing shower. The master bedroom is located on the right with a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo.

Direct ocean views from the living room and master bedroom make this a perfect condo for a romantic retreat or a small family vacation.

The beach was covered in dog poop. I saw peoples dogs go while they watched but they didn't pick it up. Very irresponsible.Door to building 700 needs to be oiled as it squeeks a lot.The stand up shower in unit 707D leaked and the king size bed had a large indentation on it's right side that creaked and was uncomfortable. Couldn't open the closet door in that room.Back door needs a blind or curtain for privacy. I was very uncomfortable walking by it at night.

The photos of the condo do not give a proper view of the beach and ocean because it is far better than any photo!! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins in the morning. The condo was very nice and beautifully decorated. We had a problem with the door lock not locking and called the after hours number. The problem was immediately fixed. The location is a pleasant 7 minute walk to the Pier Village and a 15 second walk to the beach!! If you are a reader, you will love the selection of books available in the condo. The Keurig was not working but the drip coffee maker was and brewed delicious coffee. Bring some ground coffee and enjoy. We will definitely be back.

St. Simon's Girl Getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was fabulous - close to the beach and an easy walk to town. The balcony was wonderful to sit out in the morning and/or evening to enjoy the ocean scenery. There were so many things to do and we appreciated that there was information regarding local activities. Some minor concerns were - ceiling fan in living room needs a good cleaning, the master bedroom memory foam appears to be replaced along with one of the pillows and mattress cover. The light over the sink in the bathroom by the kitchen only had one light bulb (out of 3) that worked. The kitchen was not stocked with any common items such as salt/pepper (or cooking spray/oil), etc.

Perfect spot

This is the perfect spot if you want to be right at the beach...just a few steps and you are in the sand. You are also within walking distance or golf cart ride to the village. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The host checked in with me several times if I needed anything at all...If you want easy beach access and easy check in...this is the place...I would highly recommend.

Christmas Week

We liked the location of the property. We like to stay near the village. My husband walks to the pier every morning. We had view of the ocean from our unit, and we were only a short walk to the beach. We stayed in December but enjoyed walking on the beach. The unit is on a lovely little street. The back door does need a blind on the window. My family of three stayed in the unit.

I will not stay in this condo again.

1. Some light bulbs burnt out. 2. Door to front porch rusted. 3. Hinges rusted on front porch door will hardly open. 4. Door to back porch rusted will not open. 5. Mold on living room air conditioner vents. 6. Refrigerator water filter needs replaced. 7. Put the towels in the tub as required bugs appear on the towels immediately. 8. No plug in the bathtub. 9. When neighbors run their washing machine gurgles in back bathroom, shower and smells like sewer.

The location to the Beach, shopping and restaurants was so convenient! The Property Management Group was also very attentive. We had no issues to report to the Property Management, but they were very good at staying in touch and making sure we were enjoying our stay. We are planning to go back!

Beautiful but not cared for.

This place has all the beautiful decor and comfy feeling to stay right next to the beach. However we had issues with the smell of the building and the condo. The musty mildew smell was so horrible that we left after the first night. It was unacceptable for a family and infant to stay at. The doors are all rusted and painted over so that you don’t notice. The air vents are not clean or look like they’ve never been clean. I understand this is Georgia and there is humidity - we live in Georgia and took a close vacation with our infant. However this place is clearly not cared for as it seems this smell must be from some type of building damage from water or something else. The property manager was actually there when we were packing up and asked why we we’re leaving. We simply said it wasn’t what we expected. She just shrugged and ignored us for the remainder of us packing up. Later the manager reached out. I told him our response just as I’ve typed here. And NO RESPONSE!! This is a rental company on the island that uses vrbo for advertising. And I will NEVER rent with this company. Of course you sign agreements on Vrbo and their company. So I figured there would be no refund. But to not reply is a horrible look for your business and clearly shows you don’t care about your clients. Just the money.
