THE SPACE
One of the highlights of Sunnybrook by the Sea is the large pool, perfect for cooling off in the summer months. The family-sized kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare and enjoying meals for those who wish to dine-in.
Sunnybrook is less than 3 blocks away from the Myrtle Street Public Beach Entrance offering easy access to the beautiful sandy shores of St. Simons Island. Additionally, guests will appreciate the covered carport, providing parking space for 2 cars and 1 additional space street side.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a memorable family vacation, Sunnybrook by the Sea is the perfect choice. Experience the timeless charm of this historic beach house while enjoying modern comforts and a convenient location.

Primary – King (sleeps 2), ensuite bathroom with clawfoot tub, separate shower and water closet. Access to upper porch overlooking Ocean Blvd and Live Oak tree tops.
Guest room – Queen (sleeps 2)

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
