The hotel was immaculate, and the staff, very polite and helpful. We were even able to upgrade to a villa at the last minute for half of its usual cost. It was a wonderful Valentine’s Day trip!

No shower pressure at all maintenance was nice enough to flood and leave the mess the and leave his muddy foot prints in the bathtub Security must not exist because teenagers were running and hollering from 11 pm to 1 am when I went to the front desk she said she knew who it was and she was sorry What shame this place has terrible customer service will definitely be our last time staying there
