Updated and clean, 2 full baths, modern townhouse close to Pier Village

With bed rooms upstairs, this Ocean Walk townhouse accommodates both types of travelers: those who sleep late and those who are up early ready to enjoy a warm Southern sunrise. Entering this property you are greeted by a generously sized living room with sliders to the patio. Should there be a need, the living room offers a new, comfortable sofa that provides additional Queen-Sized sleeping for two. Centrally located downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen, an ample 1/2 bath, and a "slightly formal" dining room with circular table that easily accommodates 6. There is also a small desk area - perfect for those who can't allow work to go unaddressed.
Upstairs, both the twin and king-size bedrooms feature new, memory foam mattresses. The king bedroom has an NEW ensuite bath. The second bedroom utilizes a NEW hall bath. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway.
This unit is central to all the Ocean Walk amenities, including both the heated pool and secondary pool, tennis court and club house/fitness center. This unit is private yet steps from the iconic lake. Ample parking abounds and there are even parking spaces adjacent to this property that allow for easy unloading at your journey's end..
Throughout the year the vibe of Ocean Walk changes. A more mature crowd loves the heated pool and short bike ride to the village in the winter months and families appreciate the community's amenities and the easy beach access in the summer. Revelers can be had on special weekends, but the complex is big enough to absorb such a crowd with great hospitality. Days tend to roll on without a care at both Ocean Walk and in this relaxing townhouse. Both are great places to take in the best that Saint Simons Island has to offer.

Very clean, comfortable townhouse close to the beach, restaurants. pier and pickleball. Nice quiet complex with a beautiful lake and trees graced with Spanish Moss. It is equidistant to both Savannah and Jax/St Augustine if you are up for short roadtrips.

Wonderful vacation!!!

My granddaughter, her boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation at your rental in Ocean Walk! It is the absolutely best location. The townhome was clean and updated. The check in process was easy. The patio with the sun umbrella was very handy. We went to the beach every day, rode our bikes, played tennis at your complex, played trivia nightly at the dining room table, and walked to the pier
.. just everything happy and fun that we could imagine. Thank you!!!

This condo had a great location and was very nice. It’s been remodeled recently so that it has 2 bathrooms upstairs instead of a shared one. The washer/dryer are also upstairs. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of items available, including both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. One thing to note - there are not any beach items available with the condo such as chairs, etc. so be sure to bring your own!We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved that the kitchen was fully equipped. The area was fairly quiet, parking was never an issue. A few minor things got overlooked during the cleaning process but nothing that was major. Our kids loved that there were books & games, which were perfect for the rainy days.

Lovely Time

The property had a great location, walkable to the pier area of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the patio and the neighborhood feel of the complex. The townhome was very comfortable. There were no instructions for the TV so it was a bit of a chore to find news or weather or shows. We really enjoyed our stay here and Saint Simons. Thank you.

Very nice location, nice amenities, great kitchen set up but outdated bedding

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO. The property manager was very responsive. The outside seating was amazing and it was the best kitchen with everything you need to cook for your family that we have used with VRBO. The only two small feedback I would share is the AC didn't work very well upstairs in the sleeping areas and the bedding was outdated. Overall would recommend this property.

Great Location!

We had a weekend stay in this Ocean Walk condo and I was very impressed with the location! Equal distance to the pier and to the beach. We had a party of 6 and it fit us well. It was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. We had an incident where something was left at the condo and the property manager was GREAT. Thank you for the great stay!

Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed the condo on our recent vacation. It was clean and had all that we needed, and more! It’s in a great location to shops and restaurants, and it has a lot of fun activities within the subdivision itself. The unit is right next to the lake, a tree swing, and a ping pong table- the kids had a lot of fun with those each day. We will definitely return to this condo! Thanks, Guy!

Perfect for our family

This unit was perfect for our family of four. Ocean walk is such a great place & is close to everything. All beds were very comfortable memory foam. All amenities worked perfectly. Property owner provided many restaurant recommendations and was easy to reach in case of any issues (we had none). My little boys did wish there was a tv in the twin bedroom, but they survived ;)
