Our home is located about 1 mile to the Coast Guard Beach Entrance, a little over 1 mile to the Village/Pier Market Area and 1.6 miles to the Redfern Shopping Center. You will love this home and make it your family destination for years to come!
The entrance to the home is on the second level.
The main level of the house has a comfortable floor plan and view of the pool area, including a screened in porch off the living room and primary bedroom.

Pool area: âą Outdoor experience includes, covered bar area, sink, covered seating, over looking gunite pool with spill over spa. This is not a hot tub. There is enough parking for 4 cars. We do offer electric car charging outlet on the left side of the garage.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
We were very disappointed with the pool not being heated the first few days. It was malfunctioning, even though the manager assured us that it would be heated on arrival. After two repairmen came out, the problem was eventually resolved. Having a warm pool was the whole reason for booking this property. The ground floor garages connect to a room with direct access to the back patio and pool. Although somewhat musty, it was convenient for two of my sisters. The rest of the bedrooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with the main living area on the 2nd floor. This allowed plenty of space for everyone. Overall, it was acceptable after getting the problems fixed.
The pictures do not do it justice. The property manager, Alex, is great - So responsive and very nice. Our stay was amazing- we canât wait to rent this house again!
