6 miles from downtown Charlotte Amalie, the capital of St. Thomas. It has a deep water harbor that was once a haven for pirates, but is now one of the busiest cruise ship ports of call in the Caribbean. For us non-cruisers though, that means shopping - duty free. And great views, dining on some local cuisine, and sampling the local Rum among other specialty drinks.

For a different view, and a bit of upscale shopping, head over to Yacht Haven Grande where you can gaze at some of the most beautiful privately owned yachts while enjoying dining, and shopping at the Designer Shops.

Our condo is located 8 miles from the airport. We always recommend renting a car - it truly is an island you want to explore! Our condo is located within Point Pleasant but we are not part of the in house rental pool.

Our place is great for couples, adventurers, and families (with kids). We strive to do our best to ensure you have a great stay, and that you treat our home, like it was your home.

We are owner operated and you are welcome to enjoy the 3 pools, nature trail, restaurants and beach but we are not part of the rental program and do not provide towel service or linen changes unless scheduled in advance with our housekeeper. However, we have plenty of towels, beach towels and chairs and a cooler that you can use!

We had the most amazing stay here! We didn’t even need a rental car for our little vacation. The food at both restaurants was delicious and affordable. The view from the condo was amazing, and we had everything we needed right there! We mostly swam in the ocean access right downhill from the condo, and spent an afternoon at the aquarium close by. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would definitely come back again. :)

Our stay

This property was nice. The view was beautiful. The location was good. It was a short drive to town. Definitely recommend renting a car. However, BE AWARE of the power outages. The power was on and off during our stay and when the power is out, there is no water either! There was a 24 hour period that we weren't able to shower and eventually had to leave to use the bathroom because the couple of jugs of water that they leave for you only goes so far when you have girls staying in a room! A lot of other places and resorts on the island seem to have generators so we left to go restaurants. Once we got back from the beach one day, the power was still off and we still weren't able to shower before our dinner plans. The place was great but, the power being out that much can definitely ruin your time.

Absolutely perfect view!

Great location and view! Definitely a lot of hiking but you could drive up and down if you need to but my wife and I managed it with 4 kids under 10 including a 1.5 year old.

Great Spot!!

Stayed here with girlfriends for a long weekend getaway. We loved the spot (especially for the price!)—the views from the unit and balcony were absolutely gorgeous, and we loved being able to easily pop down to the pool or the Shoreline Grill for a drink. We also took a catamaran tour from Ciao Bella—it was so nice that the pickup spot was at the resort! We also loved that Coki and Sugar beach were so easily accessible by foot. The hosts were so communicative and left snacks and some rum for us upon our arrival, which was great because our scheduled grocery delivery didn’t arrive until later that evening. We also appreciated that the lobby staff was very helpful in quickly securing taxi service for us if one wasn’t already on the property. Great stay for the price point! A few things to note in case these would be deal breakers for your group—the hot water supply in the unit is somewhat limited; the bedrooms are small and without much storage for luggage, and the second bedroom doesn’t have a window so the airflow was limited and it got toasty. The fans hadn’t been dusted in a while. And the pullout couch is pretty crappy even for pullout couches. Again, for the price—this place was a steal. We had a great time!!!

Nice view, nice kitchen, bathrooms need full updating. Unit had a musty smell when all the doors were closed. Great patio. Parking could be difficult. Beach is very small and a long way from the property.

We loved the view from the deck, and the wide open view from the kitchen & living room. The welcome snacks and rum were a nice surprise. When we had an issue, they were very quick to try to rectify it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Island Trip with Little Children

This was our first time to St. Thomas and we could not have been more satisfied with our stay! Let's start with the view, stunning, we enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and the wall of glass doors ensures you have an unobstructed view of the Caribbean. The home was very comfortable, lovely furniture, beautifully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We were also very appreciative a pack and play was waiting for us upon arrival for our 2 year old. The resort is also lovely. Our three boys (7, 4, and 2) enjoyed the pool just down from the condo, we loved the Shoreline restaurant for lunch and dinner and even ventured down to Sugar Beach for sunset. We truly appreciated having the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler as well. We used those items every day. We can not wait to return to the island and book another stay at your condo!

Balcony View....Caribbean Perfection

Point Pleasant was just as its name suggests. Our unit was nicely furnished and well appointed. The 2 bedrooms are a little tight with comfortable beds. The living & dining room furniture was good. The balcony in particular has good seating and an outstanding view the blue Caribbean. The resort location was comfortably close to Red Hook.

Outstanding view

We really loved our stay, but feel that we may have overpaid compared to booking directly through Point Pleasant. After we arrived, we learned that Point Pleasant is a managed association that rents out a variety of units that can be booked directly. Next time we would check with them directly as well to confirm pricing. Our family loved the unit, and had a great time!!! Thanks again.

My husband and I, our 10 Yr old daughter and my 82 year old mother stayer for a week. We enjoyed every moment in Vicki and John's condo. From the moment we arrived and saw the panaoramic view to the friendly and attentive service on the property, not to mention Xavarie's responsive, informative and warm communications before and during our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the snorkeling equipment and the well stocked kitchen, in particular. Would definitely come back again in the future!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of four (including two boys ages 4 and 6) had a wonderful week at this property. The views from the balcony were simply stunning. The resort was in a great location with fantastic staff and excellent amenities. The condo is stocked with everything we needed to pack up and enjoy days at the beach (coolers, chairs, towels, etc.) and we loved splashing around at the pool that's just steps from the condo. The restaurants onsite were also great. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely would go back. Our contact for any issues was located on site but we didn't need to reach out for anything.

We loved our stay here. We were celebrating our anniversary and Xaverie left us a welcome gift for us to enjoy. The views were absolutely amazing, each day better than the next. We enjoyed the beaches on St. Thomas and St. John. Having a kitchen made it so much more convenient for us to enjoy some meals in the condo. Each restaurant that we ate at did not disappoint. We will be back!!

The view is unbelievable. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The resort reopened late 2018 after the two hurricanes and has been fully restored. We liked the relaxed atmosphere and used two of the three pools and enjoyed both restaurants (one is high end and the other casual). There are multiple great beaches in a 10 minute driving radius. The communication provided by the owners via email beforehand was very helpful and friendly with lots of good hints and tips. It’s a short drive to the town of Red Hook with some nice restaurants and bars. We would like to return for a future vacation.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at this property. The views were great, and the condo is close to restaurants, beaches, etc. The property itself was comfortable and nice, but the kitchen and furnishings are getting tired.

Beautiful view from large balcony in lovely resort

We had a wonderful time. We were not able to rent a car due to car shortage on island but with the taxi usually parked just outside our condo that was not problem. The view from the large balcony was wonderful as was the large great room. The kitchen was small but enough for us to make breakfast each morning and we cook two dinners there too. The bedrooms are small but adequate. We could walk to the two restaurants on the resort as well as Margaritaville just a short walk away. Mirador restaurant is only a few steps away and was excellent for dinner. We also walked to Corki beach and Coral World. Red Hook was good for dinning, groceries (Mo's) and the St John Ferry and is only a short $5 each taxi from the condo.
