The space is located on the South-Eastern most tip of St. Thomas, The Ritz-Carlton Club sprawls over 30 acres of some of the most pristine real estate in all the Virgin Islands. The secluded turquoise waters and white-sand beaches are merely steps away from your luxuriously appointed Club Suite. Away from the hustle and bustle of the public, enjoy all the private amenities and beaches exclusive to Ritz-Carlton guests and residents. You will experience only the best in service and hospitality that the Ritz-Carlton properties are famous for. Your Club Suite is appointed with only the finest accommodations, from the gourmet kitchen, to immaculately designed bedrooms and bathrooms, to the elegant living room that steps out to one of the three private balconies. All stays include twice daily housekeeping, with turn down service nightly, wifi and self parking.
The two bedroom residence offers two bedrooms, each with its own full bath; washer/dryer, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and 350 square feet of balcony space.
Sleeping accommodations for six are arranged with a king in the Master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out queen sleeper in the living room that housekeeping can turn into a featherbed nightly. All stays include wifi and self parking. There are TV's with DVD players in all bedrooms and a Bose surround sound system in the living room.

With the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas, guests are contacted by their personal concierge to discuss stocking of groceries prior to arrival, transport form the airport and reservations, babysitting, or special needs. So many options are available through the resort and Club that most do not leave the property. Steps from the beach and several pools (infinity pools, a dedicated adults only pool and family friendly pool), acclaimed Ritz Kids program which brings children together for fun and affords parents a day of relaxation, gradual entry clear water private beaches, a 55-foot catamaran from which to to visit an uninhabited island for the day w a picnic lunch, or to take a sunset cruise, wine tastings of the line spa for massages, facials, and all cutting edge spa services, fitness and wellness center, wildlife and garden tours, welcome receptions, dining options including four diamond fine dining with an expansive wine list, open air casual dining, poolside bar and grills and private chefs to create a tasting menu in the comfort of your own residence. Red Hook marina is within walking distance and provides travel to neighboring islands such as St. John and St. Croix.
There is a $25/day occupancy tax charged by the resort and a $175 charge from the Ritz for a rental fee.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
We recommend consideration of travel insurance as your vacation is non refundable and may not be exchanged.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the suite owner and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not the suite owner. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of the suite owner.
Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with the Ritz Carlton concierge. The suite owner reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as the suite owner is not responsible for villa placement.
