This is the perfect budget stay in the perfect location! Sapphire House condominiums offer simple and no-fuss accommodations with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation.

Walk to Sapphire Beach in about 5 minutes, drive or take a safari taxi to the Red Hook area in less than 5 minutes, and find more local beaches, Coki or Linquist Beach, in less than 10 minutes.

Cozy and very functional for up to four people, this tiny living space is the perfect location to do all the things!

This quaint studio condo offers one large room with two queen-size beds, a small living room for up to four people, a dining table for four people, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower and toilet.

You can also enjoy sitting outside on your private balcony catching a partial ocean view and a great breeze!

This condo offers a small kitchenette with all your cooking basics.

Kitchenette includes;

- Microwave

- Toaster oven

- Blender

- Hot plate with 2 burners

- Medium-sized refrigerator with a freezer.

- Salt, pepper, olive oil.

You will have access to the entire studio condo and a private balcony.

There is a community laundry room that is shared with other residents and guests. The washer cost is $3.50 per wash and the dryer is also $3.50 per dry. We recommend bringing quarters as there is no on-site change dispenser.

This Sapphire House condo is located in a safe and busy area of St. Thomas!

This is a great location if you like to keep busy on vacations. Walk to Sapphire Beach, three restaurants, and less than a five-minute drive to Red Hook! You will also be near the ferry to St. John and several other beaches.

Lindquist Beach - 2-minute drive

Coki Beach - 7-minute drive

Secret Harbor Beach - 7-minute drive

Magen's Bay Beach - 20-minute drive

STT Airport - 30-minute drive

St. Thomas is not a walking community, so a vehicle is needed to get to most all locations. Renting a vehicle is truly the best way to explore St. Thomas and this is what we recommend.

If you're uncomfortable driving, no worries, this condo is located in an area where it is easier to find and pick up taxis. You can also easily catch the safari taxis from this location. We also have a great list of trusted drivers that we are happy to share.

1. There is NO backup generator at this property. When the power is out on the island, you will not have wifi or electricity. There is no guarantee for electricity at this location.

2. This is a condominium unit. You will walk through community halls to reach the door to the unit. Also, please be aware that there are three flights of stairs to climb and no elevator.

3. You will share a wall with guests that stay in unit #302. Please be respectful of noise and loud voices.

4. There is only a partial ocean view at this property. The balcony over looks several parking lots that's service surrounding condominium communities. To get to Sapphire Beach, you will walk through these rocky, un-paved parking lots.

5. Wi-Fi and TV connections can not be guaranteed. Being on an island can cause spotty or irregular connections. There is no guarantee for wi-fi or internet connection at this location.

We had to reserve several condos in the Sapphire area due to having 14 people traveling. All locations we staued at were excellent including this property. just a short walk to the beach and pretty level walk.

Perfect for family of 4

Communication with host was easy and prompt. There was an issue when we arrived which was resolved over the phone immediately. We were able to walk to beach and snorkle and eat even after a long day of travel. Other guests were polite and friendly and we felt so safe.

We are two seniors who are not techies, so using an app to get in touch with our host was out of the question. I had asked her a couple of questions prior to leaving and if she responded I did not see it. Getting to the condo was difficult for our taxi driver. directions to it need to be more specific and then once we were on property clearer directions should be available. The condo was what I had expected, however I was surprised that we did not have a stove. We made due, but could have used a potholder , dish towels a pitcher for drinks and some napkins. The big disappointment was since we do not have net Felix we could not use the t.v. that should be explained. It would have been nice if we had had a map of the island. The couch needs professional cleaning. We sat on towels. The cleaning service needs to remove old soap and replace it with new bars. The location was great . The beds were comfortable. We are campers so we were able to enjoy the week and would consider coming back knowing what we now know , but I don’t know that it would work for many.

Fantastic Stay!

What a perfect stay! We love sapphire Beach and have stayed in several places on the property but this by far was one of the best. Easy access to the beach, place was just the right size, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back for sure!

Good location

The safari taxi makes regular stops (about every 10-15 minutes?) at the driveway close to the unit which is a great deal at $1 a person per ride and a 5 minute trip to the St. John ferry and Red Hook area. Sapphire resort is nearby and has lots of food and drink options. Plentiful bath and beach towels and paper products provided. There were some planned rolling power outages when we were there so be aware there aren’t any back up generators if the power goes out. Fortunately the power was only out for 1-2 hours when we stayed. Joanne was very responsive when we had questions which we appreciated.

Our vacay

Overall it was a really good stay, location was equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Communication with hosts was excellent and very timely. All in all I say it was a great a smooth process and a great stay! My fiance says he wants to stay here again when we come back. Only thing I suggest is a car rental. Thank you again!

Little slice of paradise

Very large condo in a wonderful location located near Sapphire Beach. A short walk to the beach, beach bar, restaurants & boutique. Located near the island's premier youth soccer field. Property managers were easy to get in touch with and helpful resolving any problems. Comfortable furniture, large television, equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. Would recommend!

Sapphire house not sapphire beach condos

This location was good being a $6 taxi ride back from redhook. It was not advertised as sapphire condos but I was thinking from pictures it would be. Totally my fault! You can walk to sapphire On a public beach path and we did that one day. The first 10 minutes we were there, a guy knocked on our door and I told my mom not to open it. He stuttered and told us to keep it down which we weren’t loud at all so we were suspicious his intentions and a little nervous. Unfortunately the doors don’t have a peep hole but none of the other condo units do so they probably can’t change that. An additional mirror over the sink would be amazing as the sink in the bathroom is huge leaving there little to no countertop space. Would have been nice to have tv so we could have watched the nfl game. We appreciated the beach towels and the toaster oven. Overall their descriptions were accurate and we enjoyed our stay.
