Full Back up generator !This spacious 2BR, 2BA condo with LARGE PRIVATE BALCONY sits DIRECTLY ON THE WATER and DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (at the quiet end) ( and is FULLY GENERATED!) where the gentle sound of waves will lull you to sleep at night. This gated-community villa has all you need for a great vacation in paradise: just STEPS to the semi-private beach and the crystal blue Caribbean! Pool and hot tub access are included with your rental."Legado Villa" features a well-equipped kitchen including brand new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, blender and toaster. "Legado" also has a washer/dryer, a gas grill, central air conditioning, linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, cooler, WiFi, HD cable TVs, designated parking!

The villa features two bedrooms: the waterside master bedroom has a king-size bed, sliders to the private balcony and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Great hosts, home, and bay!

Great place to stay! Sincere, helpful hosts w/ great communication. So many fun & great amenities: beach umbrella in a portable bag, tons of snorkel gear, coolers, ice packs, extra beach bags, games, puzzles, & more! Great choice of pillows to find what fits you best, comfortable beds, nice bedding & bath towels & beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen including a lot of nice extras. They give a good amount of toilet paper & paper towels to get you going. Grocery store only minutes away so you do not have to figure out groceries for your whole stay. Beach is fantastic! Chairs, natural shade, clear water, groomed daily from the seagrass, plenty of chairs, & some great thatched cabanas on far side. Snorkeling is great here! By white buoys saw lobster, turtle, & starfish. All along the rocks on far side saw tons of colorful fish. Some spots you can just float & hover & enjoy your own aquarium. You can hear the ocean from inside the living room & master! The hosts have a great book they created about area beaches, restaurants, etc., as well as they have a book where guests write what they enjoyed about their stay on the islands. I found some great finds in these. Lastly, I didn't look for a place w/ a generator on purpose. I didn't even care they had 1--until you need one! A tropical storm (for a while was predicted to be a hurricane) came that wasn't even on radar before we came. We were so thankful we had a generator, hurricane shutters, & great host communication!

Peaceful and perfect!

Come here to rejuvenate! Perfect view, accommodations and host. Location was perfect and condo had everything you need right down to the salt and pepper, little shampoos and quality beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Waking up to the breathtaking view in the morning is good for your soul. We will be back and would 100% stay here again.

We loved it!

We had such a great time. The beach and restaurants in the front of the condo were amazing. The condo is located in a great location to go to St. John’s. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated. There were a lot of great things left for us to use (lotions, bug spray, etc.).

We enjoyed our time at your lovely condo! The balcony view was breath-taking and it never got old. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked and the place very comfortable. There were amble towels, supplies and the place was very clean. It was just right for our family of four adults. The location is excellent - close to Red Hook, Carribean Fish Market and Santiago Pizza.

Beautiful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this great condo. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils, pans, et. We needed. The refrigerator made plenty of ice. The owners were amazing and contacted us when we could not find the condo (it was dark). The pool was perfect after a day at the beach and it was so clean. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful St. Thomas Vacation

This condo and location were ideal. The view was gorgeous, the beach/pool were right there and the "just down the beach" restaurants were a very short walk and quite good. The owners didn't forget a single thing in their lovely unit. A parking space was available as well but we chose not to use it.

Really well appointed home with all the amenities has a well stocked pantry as well. The location was perfect - quiet, clean, private and the access to the beach and pool was excellent. Great place!

We had a great time on St. Thomas and really appreciated being able to stay in such a nice place. The condo exceeded our expectations. The view was great, the condo was clean and updated, the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom looks as good as the photos show and the second bedroom was much larger than the typical second bedroom. It's clear that a lot of thought went into designing the Cowpet Bay condo complex. Very nicely laid out units, an easy and short walk down to the beach (where plenty of chairs are set out), a convenient restaurant, a nice beach bar (with very good pizza), a nice pool area, plus easy parking close to the units. We did a lot of snorkeling on St. Thomas and St. John and saw some great things. The snorkeling out in front of our condo was good, better than I expected. In the beach area and just to the right of it (right in front of our condo) we saw lots of fish (including a barracuda hanging out under a boat), two starfish and a turtle. Out further to the left around the point we saw a stingray and a puffer fish, along with plenty of other fish. There are a lot more things I can say but I’ll just say we hope to come back and stay here again!

Favourite vacation

This island and this condo has made our top vacation list. The condo is the perfect location on a great, quiet beach. The beautiful breezes blow right through the condo all day long. The balcony is the perfect spot all day long but especially in the evening. There are lots of amenities to help with food prep. Plenty of towels, and many extras for enjoying the beach such as snorkel equipment. The owners left us great instructions for the property and lots of helpful information for the island. We loved our stay at the condo and the island. We will definitely return.

Beautiful!

Although our stay was short it was amazing. The property was beautiful, the view from the balcony and the sound of the waves were amazing. I Def recommend this place. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub! Short walk to the beach .Beach was cleaned up everyday. The property was well maintained and has everything you may need. Close to red hook where we went many times to eat and about 15min away from coki beach which u guys must go! Cindy was great and made sure to check up on us and that we made it okay. She was quick to respond to my messages and had great recommendations. Overall an amazing experience. Thank you!!
