Tastefully re-modeled condo with gorgeous views of the ocean, marina, and St. John from your private patio. Kitchen 100% new/renovated. 2 minute walk to Sapphire beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. 1 minute walk to the marina where you can catch a sailboat for the day over to St. John. 2 private pools & high-end restaurant onsite just a short walk from your front door. Drive1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening with many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has king bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C keeps the unit cool along w/ 4 ceiling fans located throughout. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers and night stands, beautifully decorated outdoor patio, High-Speed Internet w/ WiFi included. Laundry available onsite and movie rental at the office. Onsite Maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

The condo is close to Sapphire beach, an easy walkable distance, and the amenities match the description. However, the condo has a musty, moldy smell, and we found black mold in the shower and bathroom area, as well as in the kitchen. The beach towels that were provided were stained and dirty, and the bed had sand in the sheets when we arrived. When we messaged the host, he took 24 hours to answer us the first time and only asked for pictures. It ended up taking him 36 hours to fix the issue of the dirty towels. Overall, we would not stay here again due to the condition of the condo and would not stay with the host again due to his lack of communication and dismissiveness of real issues.

Great place, everything was great, amenities worked perfectly. Condo is in a gated area, good location, was quiet close to Red Hook. Got great use out of beach chairs and umbrella. Was clean, well kept, perfect for a couple.

Condo was exactly as described. We had a pleasant stay. I will note that the power was out minimum half per day each day we were there but I understand that to be a WAPA issue (not the condo's fault). However, it is important to note that the building does not have a generator so when it's out, it's out....This was not the owner's fault. The condo was easily walkable to the beach. Overall we had a nice stay.

I loved the stay. It was a very beautiful and peaceful place. Everything that we needed was also there. 5 minute walk to sapphire beach so that made it even more amazing. Many things to eat that you can walk to around.

This property was exactly as advertised. It is well kept and is very close to a very nice beach where you can snorkel or just hang out. The marina is an easy walk with snorkel, fishing, and wave runner rentals can be found. It was also very quiet while we were there. No big crowds or parties. The condo is very close to a pool and onsite restaurant.

Nicely appointed, clean condo, super close to Saffire Beach. Bed was so comfortable I didnt want to get up! Raleigh was super helpful and responded quickly. One thing to note is you do need to traverse two flights of stairs to reach the unit. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Raleigh!

Adequate stay. Seemed pretty clean and I'm a clean freak. Decor/furniture is outdated and not necessarily inviting. The place gets the job done. This was one of the most "affordable" and "nicest" places availabile on the island. AC does not cool all that great. I also want to note that you must use stairs to access the unit. I liked that the kitchen was stocked with essentials and that it was a full-sized fridge.
