Villa Latitudes is your home away from home right on the water. This villa is right above the waterline, with unobstructed water views and ultimate privacy. Located within a gated Resort community with all the amenities. This is the one you want!

This newly listed vacation home overlooking Pineapple Beach, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands, is surrounded by spectacular ocean vistas and cooled by constant trade winds.

Stunning ocean views fill the entire living and dining area, which expand through to the bedroom to provide 180 degree views of the Caribbean sea.

A private terrace, right on the water, provides immaculate views of the sea, along with a secluded place to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings and trade wind breezes.

VILLA LATITUDES can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, Flat screen TV with cable, iPod compatible radio, in room safe, and of course air-conditioning. There is complementary WiFi in the villa as well as around the resorts common areas.

The resort is designed in such a way that the units feel extremely private and serene. The Resort is close enough to the town of Red Hook for dining and shopping but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. By far Point Pleasant Resort is the most romantic, relaxing, and affordable vacation resort on St. Thomas. The villa really is just an amazing place to just relax, slow down and get away from it all.

VILLA LATITUDES, is not only in a world class resort with lots of amenities but the unit itself is set apart from many other units because it is the closest unit to the water and only a 2 minute walk to the the waterfront restaurant and beach which prevents you from having to walk up and down the steep hills all day long. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island experience! Several very nice beaches were less than a 10 minute drive. We went to Cokie, Sapphire, and Lindquist. But really most beaches on the island can be reached in less than 30 minutes. We had great snorkeling experiences at Lindquist (green turtles, cow nose ray, and manta ray) and Brewers Bay (green turtles). If you're feeling adventurous, check out the Mermaids Chair. Even though the drive there and the walk to\from the location was a bit challenging, it was well with the effort. It's a tiny spit of sand maybe 50 ft wide with the Caribbean on one side and the Atlantic on the other. It was a really unique experience.Red Hook is a short drive away where you can find many restaurants. XO Bistro had great food and excellent craft cocktails.

Place was great but noisy

The place was clean and everything worked great. There were things we could use that were very helpful.I hate to dock the host for the noise coming from Margaritaville but we had to leave the premises every night because the thump-thump-thump was endless and could even be heard from the shower with the bathroom door closed.The view was beautiful but could use some trimming so the water view could be unobstructed. The host should mention that there is a dishwasher because we almost didn’t choose it until I enquired.

1st visit to St. Thomas

We chose this rental for the privacy and location it had everything we needed and more. The 3 patio doors we left open 24/7 no need to use the ac with a breeze from the ocean and the waves crashing soothe the soul and rock you to sleep at night. Wake up to sunshine and enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck. Sugar Beach and the Nature Trail were also highlights of the property. The host was easy to work with and provided above and beyond our needs. Hope to visit again one day and would pick the same rental because it was perfect.

Excellent stay

My husband and I had a wonderful 20 year anniversary at your villa. We had our honeymoon in St Thomas and came back on our 20th anniversary to celebrate. Location was very convenient to Red Hook which is where we took the ferry to St John island. We visited many beautiful beaches during our stay. Your home was exactly as described
.beautiful panoramic views of the water which is especially a favorite of mine. Check in and out was easy. Recommend understanding use of shuttle during stay as the steps can be challenging going to the lobbby to get cabs. Cab drivers are very aggressive in their driving (gave me a little anxiety)
but very pleasant. You can ask them to drop you off at your villa instead of lobby which is helpful. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing stay. Had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon as we are able!

Great stay!

Host was very communicative and responsive. Easy check in with the keypad. Unit is steps from the beach and restaurants on site. Walk-able to Coki beach. Only down side is one set of bath towels for 5 days was not only kind of gross, but disappointing that there is a fee to swap them out. Also, one roll of toilet paper in the unit was frustrating. The power will go out if too many lights/fans are on at once and you have to turn the switches in the control panel off and back on to fix it, happened to us quite a bit. Could be an issue with wiring or a loose switch but should be looked into.
