Love the easy access to the dock. My room had a dead roach and I reported it to the front desk at checkout. The attendant casually said well I’m sorry to hear that. I’nnnnn like that response that doesn’t show care and concern.

Should have a microwave in a common area for guests to use. Usually when hotels don’t have a microwave in the room, they would have one in a common area. I had to throw away good food because I had no way to reheat it.

The location of the property is ideal. Close to the ferry terminal and in the heart of town. Everything is within walking distance. Improvements can be made with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not Again!!

Run down facility, repairs look low budget or done by unexperienced workers, checking staff just gave us the keys and didn’t say a word. Beds uncomfortable……… Room a/c was not working At All! NOT AGAIN!!!
