Review of our stay
Publié le 21 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe suite was clean and comfortable. We were able to have a nice place to stay overnight while enjoying a ski trip. The check-in process was easy and flexible. The only negative out of the experience was the service at the pub. The wait staff were not friendly and closed their kitchen way before they were actually closed, so we weren't able to get the food that we wanted. Would not eat at the pub again, but would stay at the lodge again.

While we are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay, we are disappointed that your visit to the restaurant did not meet our high expectations. If there is anyway you could give us more information, we would love to be able to address any concerns with the restaurant staff. If willing, would you be able tell us which night you stayed and were at the restaurant and what time you tried to order that you were denied service? It would also be helpful if you could tell us where you were seated, the high-top tables, dining room, or bar? Myself and the other manager do not recall the kitchen closing early any time in recent memory, so we definitely want to address it within.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did and for choosing to stay at our lodge. We hope to see you again soon and hope that after we are able to address your concerns, that you may give the restaurant another go as well!

It was ok
Publié le 1 janv. 2024 sur HotelsIt was very nice we went for new years. But we were upset with no fridge or microwave in the room. We put out little over 400.00 for the night so that was depressing.

The weather was nice, but we were not able to open. The windows for the rather they were broke or screwed shot that was very disappointing.

Very Homey
