Although losing the first night due to a late flight, the accommodations were very welcoming and comfortable. The location on the Thames was refreshing and simple shopping was just walking distance.

Although it is a big hotel, the room 81 given to us was adjacent to the bar on a Friday night. It was noisy late into the night. The room was too hot, the shower was poorly designed with water going all over through a big gap in the screen, inconveniently positioned shower head and soap dispensers. Location is great and there were no issues checking in and out but the rest spoiled the experience for us. Would not recommend.

Love this hotel since has been refurbished rooms lovely and clean lovely comfortable beds and great views of the river if get the river view rooms I highly recommend staying here if in town

Clean room but bits tired (worn carpet outside bathroom; looked partially remodeled overall. Nice to have coffee and tea, spacious and not loud. Lovely location otherwise with paid breakfast overlooking Thames with a rowing club across the river
