It was not well maintained. Do not book online for this hotel. They do not track there bookings and charge extra for the same thing you booked online.

No room at the Inn

Can't comment as it was overbooked and I was denied access despite having a reservation number. Staff no help whatsoever. Eventually got assisted through Oyo contact centre, but not with access or alternative accommodation - slept in my car in a layby after checking out many other hotels in the area - none had space except at £500 plus for a night. The map link on the booking takes you to the centre of Staines, nowhere near this place.

Avoid this hotel and hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel with my family at 8 pm. The person who welcomed us was a person who worked in the pub attached to the hotel who didn't know about the reservation. He took us to a room that did not have a private bathroom (as stated in the reservation). I asked and the person said he didn't work for the hotel (only for the pub). He gave me the cell phone number of someone who worked at the hotel and told me to get in touch. This person left without giving me the room key and left the hotel open. Nobody answered the phone. I spent an hour with Hotels.com on the phone (he was the only one who answered me), who also couldn't contact the hotel. I decided not to stay at the hotel because I didn't have a room key. Hotels.com did not refund my money, even though I questioned for an hour that I could not stay at the hotel because the room was not as expected, there was no one in the hotel and everything was open.
