The room was not clean. The beds were not safe to lay down on. When you tried to get into the beds they would rise up off of the bed frames. None of the drawers in the Dresser would stay closed. The heating system fan motor was very loud., making it difficult to sleep. Was unable to report issues with the Hotel Manager.

Hotel is under renovation. The quality of the renovations are mediocre at best. The showers have been affected by the renovations, now you need to kneel in the shower in order to wash your hair. Staff will accommodate direct requests but dont expect friendly service or staff to offer assistance. The dinner, which was always the best part is still good food but the prices have gotten out of hand.
