How close is Waterfront on Sebago Lake to downtown Standish?
For us, this place was all about the lake. Great dock for swimming and beautiful view. Friendly and courteous neighbors, and plenty of amenities from the homeowner. Really enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Loons. The location was quiet. The water was crystal clear and the neighbors were very friendly. We relaxed in the water and the use of the two kayaks was a bonus!
The cabin itself was very "rustic" which gave it a Maine camp feel. I wouldn't say it was "dirty" because the floors were swept and vacuumed, the sinks, tub, toilet were clean and the countertops and dining room tables were wiped down but it could definitely use a deep cleaning that places need a couple of times a year. There was a lot of dust on furniture, end tables etc. and the exterior was covered with spiders and cobwebs.
The only other thing was that there was no AC. The weather was in the 90's and very humid while we were there and (even with all the fans) it was impossible for anyone to sleep on the second floor. If the weather was cooler that might not have been an issue.
Again, we enjoyed our stay and I don't want it to sound negative but with a few upgrades and some TLC this property could be AMAZING!
