The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. The complex is surrounded by a large garden that offers plenty of space for children’s activities and play.

The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen. The guests enter the kitchen. From the kitchen you enter the bedroom and the bathroom. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom 11 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and A sofa bed for 1 person is in the kitchen. Kitchen 12 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.

The apartment can accommodate 3 people. It consists of a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (sofa bed for 1 person), a bathroom and a terrace. The size of the apartment is about 30 m2. The facility is 300 m from the beach. Paklenica National Park is 1.2 km from the apartment. Within 100 m there are: supermarket, coffee bar, gas station, pharmacy, ATM, exchange office, hairdresser, souvenir shop. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking is available on the property.
