I booked this a hotel well in advance, and then got there, and they were not able to honour the booking.
This was bad enough, but nobody at the hotel seemed to care . There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived, so we waited about 20 or so minutes, when the desk clerk showed up, there was no concern, no apology.
Then , after she called the manager, and ignored me to see to others, I got a call from Travelocity to say that there had been a mix up with the booking.
Look, these things happen ...they shouldn't,but they do! I'm quite prepared to accept that. What I found disconcerting was the absolute lack of concern, sorrow or apology by the hotel.
Just an " it sucks to be you" attitude.
Lobby looked dingy....so maybe it was a lucky escape.
