The perfect spot in State College! Very nice, large house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our group who came up for the outdoor hockey game. Matthew was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Graduation weekend

This house was perfect for us for graduation weekend. With 2 sets of grandparents and our teenage son, there was plenty of space. It is convenient to campus and downtown so we could go back and forth as needed to attend various events and spend time with our graduates and friends.

Great home near PSU for groups

We had a great stay at Matthew’s house. The house was way bigger than expected, as it has 4 traditional bedrooms plus two additional “bedrooms” in the basement with futons. As a group of 7 we didn’t not utilize the downstairs at all, but it would be great for a larger group and some air mattresses. Matthew’s house was clean, had easy check in/checkout, and situated about 10 min to Beaver Stadium. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Great location to visit PSU

The property is in a great neighborhood close to Penn State and all State College has to offer. The house was clean and easy to access. The listing indicates the master bedroom contains a king bed, but all beds in the home are queen size. We had some problems connecting to the TV streaming, but the host was very responsive to our questions.There is lots of space for a family (or two) to gather - lots of bedrooms and multiple living room spaces. We had an enjoyable weekend.

Great House for PSU Football Weekend!

The house had so much space and was very clean! It fit our whole group easily. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the State College area!!
