Newly furnished 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom downtown loft! This unique and historic loft is located just 1.6 miles from Georgia Southern. While staying at the lofts you will be just above the highly rated steakhouse, Bull and Barrel, with amazing food and excellent service. This accommodation is also walking distance to many shops, cafés, and more restaurants!

Our guests have access to the entire loft as it is not shared with anyone.

The loft is located within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants. It is located directly above Bull and Barrel, and just a few blocks away from Tandoor & Tap, Sugar Magnolias, and Eagle Creek Brewery. This is placed conveniently for Uber or Lyft options.

Other Things to Note:
This is a loft above a busy restaurant and downtown. At times you can hear the neighbors or typical city noises. A noise machine is provided to help guests who are light sleepers.

I had to make considerable effort to reach the host for check-in instructions. the unit was in very poor condition including damaged walls, doors and floors. The kitchen was also improperly stocked. The deck is a safety hazard! This unit has considerable “wear and tear” with no visible attempts to bring it back up the standard for the price paid. First time I was dissatisfied with a VRBO stay.

Overall it was a great experience, host was quick to respond to all questions. It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing. We really enjoyed our time there.
