Upon arrival, elevator was broken, was told service call had been put in, but I was on the 3rd floor !! The trip up and down all those flights of stairs cause severe chest pains and shortness of breath. Once reaching the room housekeeping was in the hallway cleaning rooms and our trash had not been emptied. Trashcan full of trash from previous guess.

Great Room and Wonderful Staff!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff member who helped us at check-in was friendly and welcoming. The morning staff greeted us cheerfully when we came to enjoy breakfast (included with our stay).

It was clean and convenient, the breakfast was good and plenty. The microwave didn’t work and there was dried spit on the wall. The shade on the window was worn out didn’t keep the light out too well. It was a pleasant experience and we will stay there again.
