This beautiful holiday house is situated in a quiet vacation complex in the town of Stavenisse, in Zeeland Holland. This complex is situated in the National Park of Oosterschelde. This beautiful natural area is perfect for bikers, scuba divers , for fishing or just for enjoying walking in nature. There is a very good diving location at a short walking distance from the house . It is a small paradise for water sports of all sorts.
The house was partially renovated in 2019, and now has a very large living room with very big windows, with a view to the garden. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a big corner sofa, television, wifi, electric heating and a dinner table for 6 persons. The open kitchen , renovated in February 2025, is fully equipped with electrical stove, a microwave combi oven , a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and a fridge. Next to the kitchen you will find a closet where the washing machine is situated. There is a complete bathroom, that was fully renovated in February 2024, with shower , washbasin, and warm water provided by an 80 L electric boiler , and right next door ,the main bedroom. This bedroom has a boxspring bed of 180cmx200cm with 2 duvets of 140x200cm. On the second floor , that is reached by a stair, you will find a loft area with 1 boxspring bed of 90cmx200cm and a second bedroom with with 2 boxspring beds of 90cmx200cm with a clothing rack and a closet. .Bed linen can be rented on site in cash at the reception.
The garden is surrounded by a fence which gives the house a lot of privacy. The garden has a part with grass and another part with tiles where you will find a covered area with a lounge set for 6 persons a big parasol and a dinning table with 4 chairs . There is also a BBQ where you can make very nice meals.
We accept a maximum of 2 dogs , and cats are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed in the house and no bachelor/ hen parties allowed. Between 01 of October and the 01 of May we will charge extra for energy costs.
The vacation complex has 2 big parking spaces and there are also chargers for electric cars. You will also find a nice restaurant with a cosy terrace at a short walk from the house . There is also a tennis court a pool and big area for children to play. The centre from Stavenisse is 700 meters walk from the house, there is a supermarket were you can do your daily shopping . By the harbour you will find a restaurant and a cafe were you can enjoy a nice drink or meal while you can watch an amazing sunset. Stavenisse is a short drive of approximately one hour from Middelburg, Goes, Rotterdam and Antwerp.
