The holiday home of B&B De Hofstee is fully equipped. When you enter the house you will find a bright, open living room with open kitchen. The living room is cosily furnished with a spacious sitting and dining area. In addition, the space is equipped with a bay window with patio doors to the garden.
Everything is present on the ground floor, which ensures a pleasant stay.
The sitting area is equipped with a flat screen television with digital connection, the kitchen provides luxury with a combination microwave, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. also on the ground floor there are a luxurious bathroom and a separate toilet.
You will also lack nothing on the top floor. There are two bedrooms.
Bedroom "Stjerrenljocht" has a spacious dormer with skylights so you can fully enjoy the starry sky when the weather is dark and clear. The room is tastefully decorated with a twin bed. This is electrically operated.
Bedroom "Wetterwille" is equipped with no less than two spacious dormer windows, one with skylights. There are also two single beds with box spring in this room.
Upstairs, all windows are fitted with fly screens.

Ruhige Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Es war der erste Urlaub mit unserem Hund, dafür war die Lage perfekt. Da es eher ländlich liegt und ruhig ist. Mit dem Auto erreicht man gut die umliegende Strände. Es sind aber nicht überall Hunde erlaubt, aber gibt trotzdem genügend Strände wo Hunde an der Leine erlaubt sind. Das Haus war ausreichend für uns 4 und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Uns fehlte nur der Zaun am Garten. Das Grundstück ist zwar eingezäunt, aber das Haus der netten Gastgeberin befindet sich auch innerhalb dieses Zauns. Die Gastgeberin hat nichts dagegen, dass der Hund da freiläuft. Es hat uns gut gefallen und man konnte die Ruhe genießen und sich gut vom Alltag erholen. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, ist eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort.
Schöne ruhige Lage
Die abendlichen Spaziergänge waren bei Windstille echt schön.

Erholung pur

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und hat unsere Erwartungen total erfüllt: Sehr großes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist an alles gedacht worden. Sehr herzliche Vermieterin, die um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht ist und sehr gute Tipps und Informationen für mögliche Ausflüge gibt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt!

Das Haus ein Traum, die Ausstattung perfekt, man muss nichts mitbringen - alles da, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sehr hilfreich, wenn es richtig heiß wird.Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt direkt nebenan und war immer zu sprechen, wenn man eine Frage hatte und konnte tolle Tipps zur Umgebung geben.Warns und die anderen kleinen Orte ringsherum waren ein Traum, besonders, wenn man es ruhig mag.Zwar wenig echte Hundestrände in der direkten Nähe, aber wenn wenig los ist am Strand, sind die Holländer entspannt auch an den normalen Stränden. Diese sind an sich aber auch nicht kilometerlang, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Dafür gibt es traumhafte Wälder in der Nähe, womit ich gar nicht gerechnet hatte, so dass man besonders wenn es heiß ist, große Hunderunden machen kann.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Friesland

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem gemütlichen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat immer geholfen und Auskunft gegeben.Wir sind viel Fahrrad gefahren und haben die schöne Landschaft erkundet.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll! Sie ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung von Küche, Wohnraum und Badezimmer ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die nette und liebenswerte Vermieterin wohnt gleich nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. So eine schöne Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie gehabt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, so steht einem entspannten Urlaub nichts im Wege. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Tolles Haus

Eine superschöne Ferienunterkunft in der es an nichts fehlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Kleiner Garten vorhanden zum draußen sitzen und genießen. Eine ganz tolle, superliebe Vermieterin die sich toll um alles kümmert was das Herz begehrt. Sehr liebevolle Betreuung. Das Haus liegt super für allerhand Ausflüge egal ob mit dem Auto, Rad, Schiff oder zu Fuß. Wir können es nur für einen superschönen Urlaub weiterempfehlen. Danke Lumien de Hostfee für 2 traumhaft schöne Wochen.

Kleiner Ort aber nett!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich & liebenswert! Es gab im Haus so viele extra Sachen z.B. Kaffee, Gewürze, WC Papier ... Leider gab es in der Nähe keinen ausgewiesenen Hundestrand ansonsten war es wirklich eine schöne, entspannte Woche! Vielen Dank :)))

Wir haben eine schöne Ferienwoche im Haus von Lumien de Hofstee verbracht. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist einzigartig ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch unser Hund hatte in dem schönen Garten viel Spaß. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor unserer Tür. Die Lage ist optimal um alle umliegenden Städte zu erkunden. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Das Objekt ist wirklich charmant und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt eigentlich nichts!!! Besonders Frau Hofstee macht den Urlaub erst perfekt! Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hat sie uns äußerst herzlich kontaktiert, sodass unsere Vorfreude deutlich gesteigert wurde und auch vor Ort stellte sie sich als sehr liebenswerte Person dar! 😊

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus war großzügig, sehr sauber und vor allen Dingen mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die kleine Terrasse und anliegender Garten waren auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Lumien war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit ganz viel Herzlichkeit willkommen geheißen und uns richtig tolle Freizeit-Tipps gegeben. Das Fazit lautet: Alles absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank!

Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit tollem Garten und Terrasse. Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man nur brauchen könnte. Auch sehr schön gelegen für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund und nur wenige Autominuten in die umliegenden Orte und zum Strand. Notre séjour à warns

Bon séjour un peu perturbé par un élevage voisin de perroquet et perruches très bruyantes surtout à 5 heures du matin. Hôtesse charmante.
