Closer slopes are perfect for beginners; make sure to visit Lil' Rodeo, Stampede, or Preview if you're willing to learn how to ski or snowboard. If you're more of an intermediate or expert skier, Vouge and Headwall North slopes are nearby as well. Downtown Steamboat Springs is less than four miles away offering endless dining options, convenience stores, Old Town Hot Springs, the Steamboat Art Museum, and so much more!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
