Trailhead Lodge 3104 is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with many ADA accessibility features. This charming abode offers guests a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the cooking essentials plus a large breakfast bar area with seating for four people and a dining area with a dining table to seat six people. The living area features beautiful furnishings, hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony. For entertainment purposes, Trailhead Lodge 3104 is equipped with three flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment. The main bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, access to a private balcony, and an attached bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, access to a balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Please note that there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area for additional sleeping capacity.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
