Was not ADA compliant. Had six steps just to get up to the lobby. Once up to that point it was very nice although the shower lacked pressure. And the road up to the hotel was HORRIBLE.

Run down. Go somewhere else.

The property is incredibly uncared for. Massive pot holes, just to drive to the hotel. Everywhere, all over the long road in. Massive, huge potholes. The building is an isor, and needs updating. 1990s decor, NO WIFI, which is strange for a $$ night hotel. Had a apartment feel, but you can really tell the owners just do not care about this property, and it's such a shame! It's in a great location with big rooms and the inside hotel okay. Just total lack of care, updating, or anything for the property. It has a lot of potential. The HVAC was not good, cracks around doors, filthy carpet stains, smells.

Legacy = kinda worn out & shabby

The first clue was when we turned off the highway onto the road leading to the place: full of potholes, clearly poorly maintained. The place itself is straight out of the 60's, and it appears to not have been updated or well maintained in the intervening years. Cracked/pitted concrete sidewalks, entryway tiles worn clear through, worn & stained carpet, etc. The room itself was clean, but clearly was almost entirely "legacy", i.e. 1960's original, other than the bathroom fixtures and perhaps the stove. Baseboard trim swollen & chipped from years of wet mopping, edges of tables scratched & dented from years of use, etc. Combination heating/cooling unit put out an odor that smelled like it hadn't been cleaned out in a very long time. The staff were very friendly & helpful - too bad they are working in a place that doesn't measure up to their level.

No room service on second full day--full trash can and no shower gel in shower dispenser. Shower curtain too short--water all over bathroom floor. Both keys quit working as well--minor inconvenience but just another part of a poor experience.

The property is dated, they seem to be working on remodeling. The hallways are narrow, the bathroom door is probably 24” wide, the stairs to the loft were probably 24” as well. The hallway and room had a musty old smell. The couch and chair were stained, I put a towel on it to sit because it was itchy. The pool and hot ton were clean but the floor wasn’t. Didn’t feel it was worth what we paid.

Staff was nice and helpful. I didn't like the piles of trash in our hallway that was there when we arrived for checkin and remained there the next day. The pet friendly option was very helpful during our stay. Vacuuming at night was noisy.

Great views, so-so condition

Great views and good accommodations, staff is courteous and helpful. Condition was average, definitely some wear and tear, but not enough to make it uncomfortable. Nice pool and hot tub.
