Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and personable, Ann was wonderful to deal with. A few little details stand out such as the DVD, game, and toy collection if you are bringing kids, there was something for all ages. A nice detail that my family noticed.Would stay there again for sure. Shuttle was very convenient, though it can get busy at peak times, so be patient with the drivers. Takes about 5 min to get to the hill and for other trips downtown the bus stop on the green line is just down the hill. Once you figure out the lay of the land getting around is easy.

Very welcoming. Instructions were easy. Ann was responsive to our call. The hot tub was clean and warm. The ski shuttle arrived every 15” 2 doors down from the condo, which made our stay, since we were high on the hill. Great view!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. It has everything you need including comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a shuttle that runs from 8am to 5pm daily to the ski area and a hottub and sauna with the most beautiful view.The host is very helpful and responsive. You don't need a car, the bus service is free and super simple to use. If you put your destination into Google maps it tells you what bus to take. We loved Steamboat and this condo.

Ann was very helpful, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was great and we were very close to all the facilities. The bus service was also excellent. I would recommend this place and would happily stay there again. The views were also amazing.

We have stayed at many ski condos over the years and this was our favorite. Very clean and comfortable, easy check in and great communication from Ann. One differentiator for this condo is the dedicated shuttle that runs to and from the base. With kids in ski school, this made for stress free travel both to start and complete our day. It runs on a continuous loop and only services a few condo associations. Even on a busy holiday week, we never waited more than 5-10 minutes.Beyond the property itself, Steamboat (resort and town) did not disappoint. We will be back and when we return, will book Ann’s condo should it be available.

As advertised. I’d like to leave a negative review so it would always be available to go back, but it was AWESOME!! Such a great view, perfect. Owners had everything there for us and the shuttle ran every 15 minutes to the resort. And there is so much to do in Steamboat. It exceed all of our expectations. This place is a grand slam, we’re going back!!!

The view is just as advertised, only better in person! The condo is lovely; very clean & comfortable & well furnished with everything you need for a 2 week stay. The bed was so comfortable that I am going to buy the exact mattress for home! It’s very quiet, but accessible to anywhere you want to go. Ann is a wonderful, responsive host & I highly recommend this unit. We really enjoyed our stay in Steamboat because of this beautiful condo.

Spring break ski vacation with family

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Highlights included the shuttle service that would drop you off right at the mountain. So convenient and hassle free! My children loved all the board games that were left at property and we had many family game nights! We also enjoyed the hot tip almost daily after skiing. The view is absolutely incredible! You can beat the convenience of this location if you are coming ti ski!!!

Wonderful condo, good location

We had a great time staying in Ann's condo. She was very responsive when we had questions. The shuttle to the ski area was just steps outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked. Having extra towels for the hot tub was a nice extra.

Wonderful condo!

We booked based on the great reviews - and I’m glad we did! Communication was friendly and thorough, condo was very clean and well stocked, the view was beautiful, and the mountain shuttle was just steps away from the front door. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property!
