Prvt Hot Tub - Walk to Base - Ski Shuttle - Pool

Welcome to Cimarron #1, a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom luxury townhome, spread out on multiple levels . This professionally designed and furnished townhome boasts over 3200 square feet of living space, a private garage and spacious deck complete with a private hot tub and gas firepit.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by a mud room area to take off your boots and hang your coats. Back the hallway you will find a bedroom with King bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with Captain's Bunk (twin over Full) and its own attached bathroom. In between, you will find the full sized washer and dryer. Walk up to the main level with soaring ceilings and large windows. Here you will find the living area, gourmet kitchen and dining room with large table. There is a powder room nearby for your convenience. The deck is located just off the living area. There you will find a private hot tub, gas firepit and seating to take in that fresh mountain air any time of year. Also on the main floor is the main bedroom with gas fireplace. You will find a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Head upstairs to the open loft with a cozy seating area with large TV and a nook with a desk for anyone who needs to catch up on some emails. One of the sofas in the loft is a queen sleeper sofa. The two bedrooms on the upper level both have Queen beds, one has its own attached bathroom, the other has an adjacent bathroom. One of the Queen bedrooms also boasts a desk for a quiet work or study area. There is a twin air mattress available as well, with this the home can sleep up to 14 people.

Cimarron Townhomes is a luxury community of homes just a few blocks from the slopes. During this coming ski season, the property will be offering a looping shuttle to and from the ski area from 8:00am - 10:00am and again from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. The afternoon loop will also include a stop at the grocery store in Central Park Plaza. The community also features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. You will check-in at the home itself, no need to stop at a front desk anywhere. We'd love to welcome you to your Steamboat "home away from home" at Cimarron.

No campers, trailers, RVs, boats, snowmobiles are allowed to be parked at the property per HOA rules. You are responsible for finding alternate parking arrangements for any additional vehicles.

Sports Teams: Please note, per Cimarron HOA rules, sports team stays are not allowed. If you are coming for a baseball, lacrosse, soccer or other sports tournament, please reach out to us for suggested properties.

Christmas Vacation

Our family of 8 and friends had a wonderful time at Cimarron! Communication from the property manager was above and beyond. The location was perfect, a short walk to the base, or a shuttle during busy hours. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook all week and the unit was spacious for everyone to be comfortable. Loved our stay!

Summer family getaway

This is a beautiful property, spacious, perfect for our group of 9. Included my husband & I, our 4 daughters + 3 spouses, with 5-BR 5-BA so everyone had their own retreat. The balcony overlooking the pool area was a gathering place in the morning and after dinner. Kitchen is nicely appointed, we were able to prepare meals for our group, there were plenty of coffee cups, glasses, dishes, silverware. Great location for our needs to hike nearby, go tubing in the river, head out to the hot springs, and paddleboard at nearby reservoir. Enjoyed eating in town and walking to local brewpub. Property manager Jon met us to check-in, fully described entire property and rules, very friendly. I have no doubt if we had problems that they would have been addressed promptly, but we had zero problems. 5 of us drove/flew in from the midwest and usually come to CO during ski season, but staying here in the summer is something we will continue moving forward. If this home is available for future visits, I will definitely book it again.

Great place for family

We loved this place! It was large enough for our whole family to spread out and had a large kitchen, dining space, family room, and patio. We loved the proximity to the base area as well as ease of getting to the activities we chose in town and the surrounding trails. The air conditioning was absolutely great for a summer visit. This was a beautiful place to stay in Steamboat and we would absolutely choose it again.

Wonderful property with great kitchen and nice hot tub on deck. Pool within short walking distance for kids was nice as well. Layout was convenient for a bigger group and I utilized the work station they had as well with fast WiFi.

Beautiful mountain getaway

Three families stayed here and had space to themselves as well as a great living room and dining area to come together. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and everything in the house worked perfectly. We were walking distance from shops and restaurants and a short driving distance to grocery stores and town. Our group has traveled to multiple places together, and we all agreed this was probably the nicest we've been to. Steamboat was beautiful, and this property was immaculate. We enjoyed a trip to Strawberry Hill hot springs and a short hike to Fish Creek Falls. We also saw a mama bear and two cubs in the neighborhood. So cool! But we definitely turned around and walked away quickly.

What a great place! Its beautiful and fully equipped. The shuttle service was fantastic and easy. Not having to worry about driving and parking at anytime the entire stay was wonderful. Skiing at Steamboat was great especially given the various levels of our group. Just a terrific ski vacation

Amazing!

What a treat to stay at this property. Fully stocked with everything needed (including a Keurig). About a 7 minute walk to the Gondola, with on-demand shuttle service just a phone call away. Everyone was able to have their own bathroom - plenty of spece for our group of 10. Highly recommend.

Best of the West!

Cimmarron 1 was perfect for two families and a grandma (11 people). Five bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths gave everyone great privacy. The loft allowed the kids to watch their tv and we could watch football in the living room. The hot tub was the highlight for the kids and adults . Plus the dining room table provided seating for all 11 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. The private shuttle was a great way for all of us to head to town. we all truly loved the townhouse and hopefully will see you again this summer!

GREAT LOCATION! 5min walk from the gondola, very clean and very nicely decorated. The private hot in was very nice and the pool was great. John the property mgr was great to work with easy check in and out instructions. I would highly recommend this property.
