Downtown is only three miles away and Mt. Wener is only one mile away. If you'd rather head to Howelson, it's only four miles from this home.

Recently updated, this condo is inviting from the minute you open the doors. The living room boasts hardwood floors, a queen sofabed, a wood fireplace, and beige armchair.

The dining area offers a four-seat dining table, and there's a small deck with views of the pool and hot tub. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and there's plenty of counter space to prep your meal.

There's one lovely bedroom here with a king bed in a mountain-log frame and wood furniture. You'll also find an exposed beam ceiling and a bathroom with an area to take off your boots.

Guests have ski-in/ski-out privileges, access to a fitness room, sauna, hot tub, sundeck, pool, and washers and dryers. Private lockers are available for your ski gear, and you get free WiFi and cable.

You could spend all year in Steamboat Springs thanks to its myriad hiking trails, swimming venues, ski slopes, and snowshoe areas. You can also spend time downtown at one of the cafes or bars.

Ski shuttle details: Scheduled private shuttles (winter only) picks up right at the parking lot of this building (between Club B and Club A, to the left of this building). The free private shuttle takes guests to the base of the ski area, downtown and to the grocery stores. The shuttle is free to our guests and there are directions on how to contact the shuttle service in the front lobby.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Fantastic Apartment right on the slopes. A little older and not fancy but nice and big and very well equipped. Great location with easy access. Nice and quiet building too. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many condos, and this was the best location we have ever had for ski and ski out. The condo itself was a little bit sparse, but that was OK because we are outside most of the time. It did leave a little bit to be desired. With some of the kitchen amenities. It did not have a toaster. But we made it work.

Couples ski vacay

Great place to stay. Convenient shuttle to and from the slopes. It was also ski in/out with a trail located behind the unit. Check in was a little troublesome. The code to get into the building did not work but the manager quickly responded. Hot tub and pool were great. Would recommend bar stools, firewood, and a portable fan since the master doesn't have a ceiling fan. Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo for two and not so good for four adults

There is a light problem, a mattress problem in the pullout...Like worn out.....I had to sleep on it for 3 nights...Not for anyone but maybe a kid or very light person...No blankets, NONE, had to strip the main cover to the bed to keep from freezing...We had 3 adults in the unit and only 4 towels...Really never seen this for this price unit....Kitchen has poor pots, pans....Not enough dishes...Location is very good....Parking also sucks...We had two cars on and one parking pass....Watch out for this one....Spent 60 dollars to park the other car....We had not the view of the slopes, but of the parking lot....So you would think for this price a s few of these issues could be fixed....T.V. no news channels...local andjunk stations only...Wifi did work well....It was clean

Quite Nice

We enjoyed our long weekend very much. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with necessary items. A few minor things would have made it perfect. A small step stool in the kitchen pantry would help with reaching the top shelf in the cabinets. We wondered if having the electric baseboard registers serviced would make them less noisy. Also, a light bulb in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Although there were spare bulbs in the unit, replacing the bulb within the canister fixture wasn't something we could easily do (especially without a step stool). One final thing; We'd suggest adding info about the ski lockers to the check -in information. We hauled our skis up to the unit before finding the ski lockers on the lower level. But, all in all, very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Would Never Return

Ideal location, ideal mountain - wrong property. Requires generalized maintenance to repair structural damage. Requires living room furniture to replace poor springs. Requires basic utensils in the kitchen - like a sink drain barrier to do dishes, serving bowls, hand mixer, soup laddle, etc. Basically, it appears that there is a fear that "anything good" would be stolen and what remains is minimal. Not a site to have dinner and relax. Never a property like this in all my years with VRBO

My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. Everything was great with our stay. We visited the pool for a bit. Our bed was comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony . The view from the balcony is of the parking lot and pool. I would've preferred a view of the landscape but it's a small detail. Most things are located downtown which is about a ten minute drive. I would recommend this place to others.

It was a nice place to stay. The maintenance man Jack rocked and helped us find a grill. Our only suggestion would be; it smelled musky at first until it was opened for awhile... maybe an air freshener in the unit. Other than that it was great.

Needs some updating

We were given 2 different codes to get into the building and neither one of them worked, so we had to get a code from another resident there to get in because vacasa was not answering the phones I left a message and they did call back about 30-40 minutes later but we had already got in. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty and when we pulled out the sofa to use it there was candy wrappers in there. The place needs some updating forsure. The bathroom is partially painted looks like they never finished and there is tile falling off the carpet in the bedroom is very woren out. It needs a fresh coat of paint and some water damage repairs that need to be fixed. There is no a/c no fans there so we had to sleep with the windows open and the condo overlooks the parking lot so it was very loud you could hear everyone and everything. This place worked while we were there but it's not a place I will try to find to book again when we come back. The location was nice and the amenities were nice.
