Nightmare in Steamboat!!!!

Arrived at unit to find a a bedroom was missing. Picture 16/28 and 26/28 of listing was not there. So I called Guest Service manager of property management company. Told me he would get back to me to see what he could do. Never heard back from him. So I paid for a room that was never there. Second day elevator stop working and alarms were going off. Two days later they are still not working and alarms are still going off. Had to carry luggage up three flight of stairs. No A/C. Unit was hot. Coffee pot is from early sixties. And handle was broken. Retreatia is worst management company ever. Stay Away!!!!
